Just when you thought it couldn't get worse...

I had two TRICKS - NOT clients - call me up today. One was a hypochristian whose number is 310-415-3472 and the other is a cheap bitch whose number is 310-592-5260.

Now, I am offering a special since the economy is still sour and work sucks for lack of a better word as it does all across the sex worker and just flat out economic spectrum.

When people call, I am very clear in my rules of engagement, namely I DO NOT TALK ABOUT ANYTHING, AND I MEAN, ANYTHING ELSE OVER THE PHONE EXCEPT TIME AND DATE FOR APPOINTMENT ONLY!!! The reason why I do that is to keep people from calling up and asking incriminating questions, jerking off or otherwise being absolute, total timewasters.

Somehow, these assholes still keep on insisting on popping up.

Anyways, the first asshole called me up early to set up an appointment. I laid down the ground rules and thought everything was well. Here is why I don't prepare until the final minutes they are supposed to be here.

The second was this idiot who thought I was looking to be paid in compliments rather than an cash. This pseudochristian - yes, he is one - called me up to tell me I have a "beautifiul smile" and god bless. Now, one thing I can't stand is sexual harassment delivered by a chauvinist, misogynist xhrist freak who simultaneously feels the need to rescue you from your supposed damnation to an imaginary hell while he - simultaneously - jerks off to your voice over the phone. He is a time waster and one thing I can't stand is someone wasting my time. So, if I find his business, go harass him and fuck him up - verbally - by doing what he routinely does to us.

Now, the second asshole, Devin Green, called me at 9pm to confirm. At the last moment, he asks, "What will an hour cost?" To which I reply with a lie and deliberately wrong cross streets. I can't wait for that bitch to call back when he finds out his time got wasted just as he wasted mine for a FAKE donation of $60. LOL!!!

Google Sponsoring Anti-Black, Anti-Gay, and Anti-Semitic Hate Groups?

I think we now know the answer behind why youtube is targeting black youtube channels for elimination.

Ever wondered why hate speech against blacks, gays and jews are allowed. This is scary and answer many of the questions myself and others have had about Google and their illegitimate, prejudicial and biased enforcement of their rules and terms of service (TOS).

Think about it. Not too long ago, I had a gang of trolls consisting of someone by the name of yankeegal01, maclab01, USRecovery2kX, EPGAH, TheTruthAsYouKnowIt, EPCAH, TheTortugaTanker (TheTortugeTanker and his numerous aliases), scorpiobornin69 and numerous other trolls who would follow me, stalk me and harass me on youtube, often making very nasty and often times slanderous comments that were untrue. They freely called me a "racist" despite the fact that their whole channels were basically shrines against people of color, in particular blacks and Mexicans. They often made the most virulently racist and antagonistic comments, trying to provoke me, while wanting to punish for making so called "racist" comments against them when all I did was merely challenge their racist rhetoric and hateful vitriol. I also interestingly noticed that while these people had no traceable job or real presence online, save for yankeegal01's "cat farm" where she does whatever (strangely, she and google eradicated the link), they were always on here constantly and they seemed to know inimically where I would be, what channel I was on, and comment and harass and stalk me from there. Basically, I always wondered how these people got away with making very overtly racist and impudent comments about people of color, going unnoticed while I was the one who got punished when they complained about my so called racist diatribe and rhetoric. Erstwhile, their racist and overt bigoted comments went unpunished when I conversely complained about them.

Now I know why.

They want to push a very bigoted agenda against gays, blacks, sex workers and jews but the jews? The last one puzzles me because Sergey Brin and Larry Page, both jews, are also coincidentally the founders of Google. So why would they allow anti-semitism to run unchecked and run unhampered on youtube while white supremacist channels that lambaste jews are allowed to run freely.

The real question here, to me, is why would two famous and wealthy jews push an agenda to kill off their own people while promoting further racial and ethnic segregation between all groups, and, in conclusion, push white folks to the forefront (again) as being the creators of racism, homophobia, anti-semitism, and other vile social ills.

Could this be a set up? Personally, I don't see alot of anti-semitism being pushed on youtube. Usually, historically speaking, it has been by design and not coincidence that when bad racism falls upon blacks, jews will quickly pony up to identify themselves as "victims" next to us. Meanwhile, just as we saw during Nazi Germany when 1,000's of poorer jews were sent back to Germany to their deaths with their death cards signed by their own in a Rothschild sponsored war - who are jews themselves - the rich ones will promote a racist, anti-semitic and seemingly self destructive act and crime against their own kind, such as what we are witnessing right now with the two founders of Google, Sergey Brin and Larry Page, are doing by using their money to promote hater groups that plausibly goes against their self interest as jews. WTF?

The sad thing about the latter group is that they KNOW the cops can be wrong, but they are willing to let the cops walk all over their own civil rights just to "avoid trouble". "I have the right to record out in public for the protection of myself as well as others. There are cameras all around. Even the cops record people, thus there is no need.

Secondly, you are only required to open your window an inch when being traffic stopped. For them to pull me out of my car requires specific and articulable facts meaning that if I was a suspect in a crime or robbery, they have every right to query me, ONLY IF I fit the description of that person.

Also, to not get too complicated here, the act of furnishing your license, ID , registration is all UNCONSTITUTIONAL because according to these case laws here:

Something Deep and Bad Is Going On At the California Highway Patrol (Hint: Sexual Assaults)

Today, at around 1:30pm this evening, I saw a CHP vehicle parked behind the van that you see in attachments below:

As I slowed down to somewhat rubber ie do some "informal" copwatching, I observed what appeared to be two buttocks in the passenger seat side of the car in the front raised in front of the PIG'S face. As the pig pulled down his seatbelt I noticed what appeared to be a "laugh" or maybe smug delight in his face after the young lady presumably settled in her seat after raising up.

Out of curiosity and concern, I went back on the highway right where the spot was and parked with my emergency lights on. I went to do some formal investigating and I observed the ticket as you see before you, here below:

Notice that it says WARNING and cites Section 22651 (f) VC which is HIGHLY UNUSUAL for a car with an out of date registration tag. On top of that, Section 22651 (f) VC STATES: (f) "When a vehicle, except highway maintenance or construction equipment, is stopped, parked, or left standing for more than four hours upon the right-of-way of a freeway that has full control of access and no crossings at grade and the driver, if present, cannot move the vehicle under its own power" - even though this vehicle AND its driver was pulled over, which has nothing to do with this vehicle code "violation" since it says that it was specifically designed and created for vehicle that can't move under its own power. This would also mean that a two truck would be necessary.

When I looked at the sticker on the license plate, as you can see here, it said, "2011", in other words, OUT OF DATE!

Now, from my experience and my the many experiences I have had with copwatch, I have even copwatched California Highway Patrol as you can see here:

Now, driving with expired registration IS an offense that could land you in jail. Fortunately, right now, because the jails are (systemically) full, they are just citing people for this while towing their cars and for someone as I was once in the precarious predicament of not being able to afford insurance, you know that person is poor. Anyways....

When CHP comes across a vehicle with expired ANYTHING, be it registration, tags, insurance, THEY WILL USUALLY WAIT FOR A TOW TRICK TO COME UP AND TOW THE CAR AWAY! But, in this case, that didn't happen.
Later on, about at around 6pm when I came back, I saw that the SUV was gone.

Now, putting all that I recollected together: young girl/ lady with buttocks in the air in passenger side vehicle of car in CHP cop car while smarmy officer looks on with smug delight and a big haughty laugh (smile?) on his face and giving a mere WARNING to a car that was obviously - and I hate to sound like code stickler here - in violation of the law, with obviously the driver - the young lady presumably - returning back to reclaim the car, I couldn't help but think of one thing and one thing only...

CHP cops are the worst at it. I can not tell you how many times I have rolled up on CHP "officers" during my copwatching with their passenger side door opened in an obviously desolate area and all of sudden, at the mere sight of my headlights AND car, take off like the wind - with me in hot pursuit. I know what is up. I even once saw a nasty, filthy ass raping PIG bobbing his head up and down just as pigs do when they are RAPING AND VIOLATING CITIZENS on the side of Figueroa St near Manchester late at night at around 11pm in a very darkened, unlit side of the open street (which doesn't get busy until later) - ESP. FEMAILS - and then drive off when he noted and saw my car. Again, I know what is up!

One thing I can not stand is when someone of authority take advantage of a disadvantaged citizen, be it parent to child or cop to prisoner/ person in custody. If there is ANYTHING I just totally can not stand and abhor is authority misusing their powers. It has happened to me and to many other people in different ways. In this case, CHP not only has power, but these boys and girls make BANK! When they first start out, they start out with a WHOOPING $60,000, something even Suffolk county could aspire to. Then they make $100,000 +, and I mean PLUS, each year and that is NOT including overtime and other perks...These mofos make bank. So you mean to tell me that they can't at least break off some bread for the poorer and less unfortunate femails that they pick up for sexual abuse ie rape under the pretense of stopping them for so called vehicle code violations, with many of them being unconstitutional and thus, unlawful, themselves?

This absolutely makes me sick and makes my blood boil.

If there is anything I can not stand, it is injustice. I HATE when someone with more authority takes advantage of someone with less authority, especially when that person is poorer, DESPERATE and really has no options. As I said before and I will say it again: WHEN YOU ARE IN THE PRESENCE OF SOMEONE WITH MORE AUTHORITY THAN YOU AND THUS MORE POWER, YOU CAN NOT CONSENT! Just as a child can not consent to sexual relations with adults, prisoners can NEVER consent to sexual relations with guards or other custodial overseers. Why? Because of the immense power that that guard or agent of the state wields which is so significant in it's imbalance that making an unprejudiced and unbiased decision without that power influencing it is very unlikely. I know, I can be very verbose...but bear with me. The fact is that I see these CHP SEXUAL PREDATORS hanging out like the trolls they are on the bridge next to Figueroa. I know exactly what they are doing: waiting like hawks to swoop down on POOR, UNSUSPECTING SEX WORKERS, MANY WHO DON'T HAVE MANY OPTIONS, ARE UNDER THE CONTROL OF THEIR PIMPS, AND NEED HELP, to go down there, "arrest" them ie kidnap them under false pretenses, only to shoo them away to some desolate parking lot or hotel for RAPE! That is a fact. Many of these womyn are desperate. They do not make the $60,000 to $100,000+ more a year these CHP officers make. They often have to resort to street prostitution - the poorest on the economic rung of sex work - to pay for AT LEAST shelter, clothing, a bite to eat, food, water, and these mofos come down there, predatorily take advantage of this Taliban influenced law, "arrest" these womyn AND GIRLS and act all high and mighty that they are "doing them a favor" by pretty raping them for free without benefit of even giving these poor, desperate folks something to eat, some food, SOME MONEY! You really can not have a conscience to do this, to pull this off. Only a sick mofo would talk down, be condescending to and totally make demands on innocent, unsuspecting and otherwise good folks.

Though I have never been in that position myself, I can only imagine the rape, the horror, the abuse that goes down: That cop knows he has the power. When Karmic Justice Bites Closer to Home: The Allan Stokke Story

He is a defense attorney in Orange County. The -people who he "defends" are some of the most lowlife scum pieces of shyte in the world: sexual predators. Now, I have nothing against a defense attorney. You have to do what you have to do and pay your bills - just like everyone else. But what I DO have an issue with is the fact that he dismisses actual Rape Shield laws in favor of essentially speaking putting a scarlet letter on the rape victim and burning them at the stake for the crime of being a sexual or sexualized womyn (something all human beings have a right to) with his arsenal of tricks including slut shaming and denigrating and degrading the victim in a way that would make the Taliban blush. Go to any Asian massage parlor. Pick any one. You will find pretty young and old things, womyn, wimmins, ladies, working in there, more than likely giving men "Happy ending" hand massages with their hands. Believe me, i walked in there once and got a nice, new, glossy brochure saying, "Special massage," above a list of other massages. But, I don't want to be touched. I want to be paid, That is the end of that!

Anti-Sex Worker Violence

Also, obviously, no does not mean no if you are a sex worker since your body is supposed to be available on demand 24/7 without your consent simply because of your occupation ie what you do for a living! In effect, the nutjob sicko is basically saying that sexual violence should be expected and contingent on her liking her job. Funny thing is, the sad fact he left out is that THERE IS NO TOUCHING in most strip clubs since that borders prostitution and one can be arrested for soliciting and paying for sex and touching someone's private areas after exchanging money for sex IS prostitution! Funny thing is, only after almost begging and pleading with him to hear my case, only then did he finally "concur" with me and note why Kris Wood violated my civil rights! Be Conservative: Vote for the Corporatocracy and Against Your Own Best Interest

I visited OccupyLA's camp a couple of weeks ago...before it was illegally torn down by the police (4th amendment to the US Constitution? 1st Amendment Right to Peaceful Assembly which NO LAW can take away?) and I was somewhat torn as to what its aims were...looking at the camp of shantytowns and some mindless young kids there. I talked to a few and, needless to say, I was a lil disappointed with the people I spoke to. But, to be fair, I only spoke to a few - the ones at the front - and not the REST of the camp. I will do a video of it coming up soon!

Anyways, I want to talk about something that has been irking me for some time and it is this; when "conservative" people argue against the OccupyLA'ers and liberals, period, they tend to say that they are against liberalism and all that OccupyLA supposedly stands for because they feel that our stance supposedly hurts sole proprietorships. They tend to use the analogy that, "What if you built a corp up from the ground up and someone demands that you give someone something for free from something you worked hard for?"

Problem is, it ain't that simple!

See, corporations run things. The person who runs it, the CEO, did NOT work his ass hard to earn what he has. They are usually born with silver spoons in their mouths and went to elite schools like Harvard or Yale or Britian's Oxford. Cambridge Universities because they are the best money can buy and the system is set up where only the elite can go to them (while handing out a few scholarships to poor children every now and then for tax, charitable "purposes" ie write offs - Not Cambridge or Oxford, tho.)

A corporation is an indifferent legal entity that acts as a "person" and it is headed by Boards of Directors. Usually, these corps are old, venerable, and established so they honestly don't give a care who they choose to run their "person" because they know it will be around always and supported by yours and my tax dollars! That is why they choose CEO's who are born with silver spoons in their mouths, give them the job like a silly teenager being given the keys to his father's brand new porshce and let them run amok and run the company into the ground, which the underlings have to pay for it the form of blood, sweat, tears and a drop in medical insurance and pay!

Now, who are the underlings?

You all, the rest of society, the same 9 to 5 working stiffs who subject yourselves to working for no health care benefits, an often DRASTIC reduction in pay or the cutting back of your hours and the potential that your job can be shipped overseas, especially if you are in the call center industry since it is cheaper for corps. All the while, the CEO's salary goes up for FUCKING UP THE COMPANY with some receiving "severance packages" ie EARLY VACATION RETIREMENT of the hundreds of millions and, in some cases, billions (yes, it is true).

Yep, it is the working stiffs, the same numbskulls defending so vehemently the corps who get the reduction in pay, the lack of health insurance and/ or the promise that their job will be gone and shipped off to India or China in a few months while they get laid off and have to go on the very dreaded government assistance programs they so vehemently put down - until it is them on the other end of the needy stick or, perhaps, going into my line of work! LOL @ conservatives!

Anyways, it is mostly corps who employ ppl, NOT mom and pop! Even mom and pop have a duty to protect the best interest and welfare of their workers - hence labor laws - but they are not the ones employing the vast majority of people. It is corporations. And do you think that Johnny who was born with a silver spoon in his mouth and went to Harvard and did not work for his job - merely had it given to him by his corporate buddies ie cronyism - should not share the wealth with the very same people - the workers at the front lines - who make this person, the corporation, run?

Ya'll are stupid not to!

There would be no corporation without the workers. Without the workers, corporations would collapse cause you need someone to serve and make the food at Burger King, right? Without the workers making the burgers, there would be no Burger King or McDonald's or the personnel stocking the food at grocery stores or the construction workers making the homes, unless you expect silver spoon born with one in his or her mouth CEO to flip the burgers, clean the restrooms or throw out the trash? Fat chance! I don't think so. They are usually lazy and was GIVEN their way to the top, not earned their way like their great, great grandmother or grandfather who started their business and thus so earned it like Sam Walton of Walmart.

Now, as for mom and pop! See, I am no communist. I feel that if you excel in something, you should be able to accomplish and reap the benefits of it as long as it is SOLELY OF YOUR OWN MERIT AND HARD WORK AND NO ONE HELPED YOU! But in the case of Burger King and Walmart, esp. McD's, they have MILLIONS of workers serving those BILLIONS SERVED that McDonald's is so fond of saying everyday in their ads. These people work really hard and in low conditions and still persevere due to work ethic DESPITE the shitty treatment handed to them at the top by corporate CEO's who have never had to work a day in their lives! That is what people say and mean when they talk about "trickling down the wealth". Give them something back. They are AT LEAST DESERVING of free healthcare, compliments of the corp, BETTER salaries that correlates to the hard work and smart work they put into making that corporate machine work ie A LIVING WAGE, free daycare and other amenities workers should be entitled to! Especially considering the fact that the CEO did not have to even WORK to get to where they are!

It is sad, because we live in a sociopathic society that determines that "losers" - ie the elderly, mentally handicapped, handicapped, poor - do not deserve to the air that they breathe while the "winners" such as CEO's, people born with silver spoons in their mouths like most CEO's who run the very same companies they got through cronyism and being born to wealthy privilege, are entitled to all the free rides they can get as deemed by society and all the "conservatives" who make their burgers for them while slaving away in a minimum, slave wage job!

...In other news, the CEO who runs many 99 cent stores across the nation just got another 12 million dollar home while his workers face more cutbacks from their $6 an hour jobs.

Update on the incompetence and attempt at rectification by Nuru-Guru!

On Nov. 26, 2011. I ordered two sets of groups of standard gels from nuru-guru.com I was slated to receive it on Nov. 28, 2011.

When the package arrived, I only noticed that it was only 1 set of standard gels, not the 2 that I had originally ordered!

Incensed about this, I immediately contacted them on Dec. 2, 2011.

Here is the message they sent me:

"We sincerely apologize for our mistake. We are overnighting you a group of standard gels along with 3 extra 33.48oz. Standard gels.
This should not of happened and to rectify the situation we would also like to open our wholesale rates to you.
We will call be in touch with you tomorrow.

They did not give me a tracking number or anything!!!

I wait till the Monday for my package. Unfortunately, I still did not receive it. I noticed that Mr. "Andrew Cravenho" did not send me the tracking number. He sent me this message:

"Here is your FedEx tracking number: 77038340609.
We sent it out on Saturday, I'm very surprised you haven't received it yet.

He gave me the WRONG number. I excorciated him about it! I also informed him that I would be writing a review as I lost a lot of business due to their incompetence.

The next day, he called promptly - something he didn't do as he said he would over the weekend I guess which was the effect of that review - called me up to give me the right tracking number, FINALLY! He even went as far as to send me receipts of it through attachments in the email. So he did send it to me overnight via FedEx! If only I saw what he wrote on the receipt then I would understand what happened next!

So, I was like, "Awesome! Now, I will finally get what I paid for." The next day, hours go by and at the end of the day, I see that the FedEx guy left a sticker saying my name correctly AND it says THE WRONG APARTMENT NUMBER! At this point, already fragged and dismayed by the utter incompetence, I feel even more let down and more confused. I figure that this had to be a mistake and so I waited the next day for the FedEx guy to arrive so I can intercept my package.

Next day comes and I find out when the FedEx person is supposed to be there. I stakeout in my car between the hours of 9am to 10:30am (same time they came yesterday) looking for the FedEx person. Non one in sight! Finally, while talking to a neighbor, I see the FedEx person roll up at around 1pm. At this point, I have impatient clients calling me for the nuru. I was just, "Hold your horses, here it is!" I wave to the dude and he says that he has NOTHING for my building that day. Aghast, I am just like, "I am done with nuru guru!"

So, I get ANOTHER sticker saying that the FedEx person arrived at 3:30pm and could not deliver the package cause said person (me) AND building did not exist according to the transit info given on FedEx's site! WTF incompetence with nuru guru!

I call FedEx and the nice customer service lady over the phone said read me my address! IT WAS THE WRONG ADDRESS! Well, close but misspelled with the wrong door buzzer number given! I looked at the receipt Mr. Cravenho sent me in attachments and hi darn "r" looks like an "n" and his "5" for door buzzer looks like a number "#3"! NO WONDER THEY SCREWED UP MY DARN ORDER!

So, I had to inconvenience - not, scratch that - WASTE my time going all the way to the OTHER SIDE OF TOWN TO FINALLY PICK UP MY PACKAGE DUE TO NURU-GURU AND MR. CRAVENHO'S INCOMPETENCE! Well, Jeff was hit with a three year prison term at Susanville State Prison for the illicit trafficking of narcotics, taking his client's 10k with him for personal use as Mr. Levy's secretary confirmed! An LAPD detective advised the victim to prosecute, but the victim didn't knowing that he would never get his money back PLUS he figured the old, ugly troll face bastard was paying for it at California's version of Rikers. The first time he called, he read as if he was reading from a script, telling me that, "He will only be here for a couple of days then gone!" and that was that. After I told him that I DO NOT DO HOTELS/ MOTELS, ETC (I can make an exception for a home), he pardons himself and I presume he moves on. About maybe the same night or the next, I get a ring from this Aussie or British sounding fella, same one, saying, "I am staying at a hotel and I am calling from the hotel phone number..." Gasp, he said the same thing. Now, why would he feel the need to say and/ or make a point that he is calling from a landline at the hotel? So that he can make it seem less suspicious that he IS a cop since cops usually will pull that off to nab innocent, unsuspecting and/ or desperate young ladies? Most won't even use that. They will use a local number which I love since anyone staying in a hotel from out of town in the states would NEVER use a local number. But, because he is Aussie, he could slide! Not to mention that he refused my screening procedure (I did it to test how far this cat could go), I knew homeboy was a pig and not of the tasty, pork variety. Fast forward today; Aussie boy calls up and delivers the same, robotic, speech as if he is being fed lines by a teleprompter or by a crooked detective who could be out there saving lives but is instead wasting it on us sex workers! He goes into the whole, "No, I am not a cop...blah, blah, blah" until he abruptly says, "Ah, fuck it!" when he realizes he is dealing with a nigga with common sense and he proceeds to abruptly hang up (much better than the response I got in those days when I wore the fake hair and blue eyes looking like a welfare Lil Kim, if you can look even more welfar-ish!) I tell him to, under no uncertain terms, to fuck off and go somewhere!

Before then, I get a call from 323-983-1112 which I have gotten a call from in the past and that I strongly suspect is a cop. Again, before he hits his spiel, I start mine by telling him that I require his first and last name over the phone and that I will check his ID BEFORE HE COMES IN MY DOOR OR he can opt to use a handle from a review site if he feel uncomfortable. My suspicions had a sinking feeling that he was looking for "whorish" types to exploit, manipulate and possibly sexually take advantage of, as I would later find out. I met him there and the audition goes smoothly. I see him for a while as a client and then for a couple of months, it dropped. No worries. It happens in this industry.

A couple of months later, through a casting agent James hooked me up with, I go to an audition for Levine. The same one. I go in and, same scene is whorish, dolled up, porn star, slutty and, in some cases, bimboish womyn! After months of not seeing him, he pulls me into his office which was fairly dark during th audtion, exposes his penis to me and grabs my wrist in an effort to get my hands to touch it! I violently pull back my wrist and walk out. I still vividly remember it like it was yesterday.

I am telling this story not so that people, especially womyn, will avoid seeing him, but to also say that sex workers can be the victims of sexual harassment, sexual abuse and rape and it is not by virtue of the industry we work in! I sincerely felt that he felt that he could do that because I am a sex worker. He showed NO RESPECT for my humanity. I sincerely believe he has no respect for womyn, period (after all, he cheated on his wife who has now, thank goodness for her sake, divorced him). But I feel that because he figured that we sex workers are easy prey due to society's villifying us for our morals, which affects all womyn, I feel that he felt that he could get away with it and that I would stay silent and that is often the case because of how patriarchal, misogynist society misperceives and viciously attacks womyn and our sexuality so that men can control our bodies via controlling our morals like the Taliban in Afghanistan as well as Sharia Law. Unfortunately at the time I did not know my rights nor did I think it was illegal. I knew it was WRONG, but not illegal and I know he probably and many other victims but just like I when I was naive and scared and confused, REALLY confused and hurt, they don't know what to do and probably....and sadly blamed themselves, just as I did.

The other day he contacted me. He texted me, which opened up these long buried, but needed to be confronted issue! I told him to never contact me again. He called me at my work number, which I have a record of. He then called my regular phone number, which I used to use for work. As you will see, instead of the jerkoff taking blame for it, he blames ME and then goes on to say the thing that haunts me to this day: "You can't anything because you are a sex worker!" I will provide the text here. This is one sick, maniacal, sonofabitch and he needs to be brought down. In essence he said my humanity should be denied me because of what I do for a living and because of that, I will work to ensure he never hurts another womyn, another soul, again! Sick fuck! It kills me and grosses me out to think that he used us because, like so many predators like him, he feels his perversions and sickness will go undetected by taking advantage of our status and being able to do whatever he wants to us that he wouldn't do to so called "respectable" womyn because we are sex workers and no one will respect or "believe us" according to him. Unfortunately, society and the police support that!

Being older and wiser, I know I was not in the wrong. LAPD Illegally Stealing People's Cars?

A while back, I was arrested for allegedly running a "gypsy" or "bandit cab" service ie charge people to ride in my car for pay (funny how they call it "bandit taxi" when in actuality it's your car and you should be able to drive - and charge - whoever you want to). Now, with the millions of little laws on the books that basically criminalizes anybody for any little thing, it's no wonder that more and more people will get caught up in this scam as we enter the worst depths of this current economic depression.

Okay, so here's how it works: They go trolling - like a predator - on Craigslist looking to catch up anyone naive or desperate enough to take the fall. They set up a sting, largely in the Hollywood area - and they set up their own cops as bait (some of whom's numbers I will post here for future reference so no innocent victims of this nefarious scam get up caught up and lose their freedom - and potentially their car forever - due to the city wanting to steal people's monies for malicious purposes. So, anyways, I got caught up in a sting. The female officer on hand, her name was Rogers, a short, diminutive Filipina, Asian or Hispanic lady basically sexually assaulted men when she pat me down in my vaginal area (I was covered and wearing clothes at the time but yet this is still endemic of the abuse of authorities in power, especially with the TSA sexual assaults going on now.) I was arrested and brought to an area where a DOT official, two to be exact, stood. There, I wasn't fingerprinted, but I was charged and ticketed for allegedly driving without a taxi license. It was there I spoke to Andrew J. Neiman, the II Lt. and presumably the officer in charge about what happened, asking him what was going on. So he told me, now, what you are about to read is very shocking and very disturbing, that the taxi cab companies pay the police to arrest people for that. Now, this is unconstitutional on so many levels it is not even funny. Basically, in effect, the cops are breaking all sorts of federal laws that prohibit the cops from being used to implement private businesses best interest ie their monies. All of this is being done on taxpayers's dimes while they work on the clock. Now, it is one thing if they are working off duty and even then they are supposed to work details as security officers as my father once did where they kick ignorant people out of stores, etc. But their job is not supposed to be to protect private corporate interests by using taxpayer's dollars to do this. Just imagine big corporations like Enron hiring police officers on the public's dime to fight against other big corporations or little competitors who don't have the clout to defend themselves, as is the case with tax cab bandits.

Now, it gets better...much worse.

I continued to speak to the cops and the DOT. I was told that they keep vehicles for a mandatory 30 days. After those 30 days are up, the cars are automatically put on auction. If this is not bad, I have been told by other victims that they sell the cars and if they get less than what they, the city, police, etc, wanted for the car, they bill the victim for the difference.

This can not get anymore plausibly crazy than that. But it does.

On January 1, 1995, new laws were enacted relating to unlicensed drivers. These laws, California Vehicle Code (CVC) Sections 14602.6 and 14607.6 authorize law enforcement agencies to tow and impound vehicles for 30 days when driven by unlicensed, suspended, or revoked drivers. There is a possibility that the vehicle could be forfeited (taken from you by the state) if you have a prior conviction for driving while unlicensed, or with a suspended or revoked license.

"Remember, if you are unlicensed or driving with a suspended or revoked license, the vehicle you are driving may be impounded for 30 days and possibly forfeited. Also, if you let someone else drive your vehicle and they are unlicensed, or driving with a suspended or revoked license, your vehicle may be impounded and possibly forfeited."

The following excuses WILL not HELP YOU when your vehicle is being driven by an unlicensed driver and is stopped by law enforcement officers for any reason.

"It was a minor infraction. Why was my car impounded?"

Both 14602.6 and 14607.6 of the CVC give law enforcement officers the authority to impound your vehicle when it is being operated by an "unlicensed driver" (license not issued, suspended or revoked).

Your car is being impounded because you have committed a misdemeanor, not an infraction. By operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license you have committed a serious offense. In addition to the citation, the vehicle you are operating will be impounded and held for 30 days, or possibly forfeited.

"I don't understand. Why 30 days? I absolutely need my car!"

The Legislature intended to provide safer roads for California's motoring public by removing the vehicles driven by unlicensed, suspended, or revoked drivers for 30 days. A serious violation of the law calls for a serious response. The 30-day impound begins on the calendar day the car is towed and will be released at the conclusion of the 30th day during normal business hours.

You will not have access to the vehicle for 30 days.

"She took the car without my permission"

To say someone has taken your car without your permission is not a valid excuse. Ask yourself: How did this happen? Have you allowed him / her to use your car before? Did you ask to see his / her license? Any vehicle impounded will be released to the registered owner after the 30 days.

Note: If, in fact, it is determined that your car was taken by an unlicensed driver without your knowledge or permission, a stolen vehicle report must be filed. The person charged with this crime will be arrested.

"What happens to my car? Who impounds the car? What if I don't agree with the officer?"

Your car will be stored at a tow yard and you will be given a receipt. If you disagree with the officer, you may request an informal hearing with the California Highway Patrol Area commander to determine whether the officer had reasonable cause to impound the vehicle.

"What happens if my car is stored a second time for being driven by an unlicensed, suspended, or revoked driver?"

Your car may be forfeited. This law can be enforced at any time. Driving a motor vehicle on public highways in the State of California is a privilege and not a right. This privilege can be revoked, suspended or denied. A valid California driver's license designates and identifies the bearer as competent to operate a motor vehicle according to state regulations.

"Why is driving without a valid driver's license so serious?"

An unlicensed driver is a potential danger to all other motorists on the highway. He / she may not know the rules of the road or practice safe driving techniques. A driver who is unlicensed, or has a suspended or revoked driver's license has been ordered not to drive because of previous driving violations. Continuing to drive shows a flagrant disregard for the safety of other motorists.

CHP 959 (9-1996) OPI 013

In that law, nowhere does it say they can keep your car for committing ANY crime for a mandatory 30 days when they take it unless you have been driving with unlicensed, or with a revoked or suspended license and if you are driving without an interlock device installed in your vehicle if you have been convicted by the court and the court or the DMV requires you drive with the device in order to be eligible to drive (a special license is given for this). So if they tow your car for driving with intent to solicit a sex worker or while soliciting one, etc, they can not keep your car for a mandatory 30 days.

Now, this gets even better.

When I went to the tow place, they told me that I had to pay a whopping $659 instead of the $340 that I anticipated all because of "police commissions" that act as a "fee" to get your car out.

I woke up this morning and amid glowing reviews on one review site, I noticed that the fellow, joeybloggsee or joeybloggsy ie Mario Ricardo ie Mark Richardson, left a message that can only be deemed as spiteful.

He left a message basically saying that "He had drama and grief in trying to book me" yet rated my looks a 0. How suspicious!

Why would you want to book someone you think is ugly?

To the practical, to anyone with common sense, this does not make any sense unless it was made out of spite, like a little school boy who invents a rumour about a little girl since he can't have her and get his way with her.

Sounds a lot like the rapist or rather middle school mentality to me.

Okay, the fact that he sent me a message (which I have documentation of) that he wanted to see me for free:

Now, you can see it as exploitation but unlike a normal business setting where you have CEO over subordinates or most commonly manager over subordinates, I don't have to see that person. If your manager does not like you, they can kick you out. Now, how do you propose we have sex? This is the most important aspect. I read that at the anti-sex trafficking conference, their MAIN intent was to make it so that sex only takes place between "1 man and 1 womyn". Sounds very very suspiciously anti-sex to me, which is what your stance propounds. Now, logically speaking, if people are not allowed to have PAID SEXUAL RELATIONS, then to what extent can the moral logic you use to justify the abolition of sex work affect other types of sex. At one point and even now, womyn were sent to reformatories for being sluts ie giving it up for free. That was considered immoral and like sex workers, it was thought that we didn't know what we were doing with our bodies and our selves. But they nixed that - due to protest - for rape victim blame!

So, how do you propose two consenting adults have sex if it can't be paid sex? What? Only when the womyn gives it away for free? You know they call them sluts, right and they still get judged, punished and looked down upon by the patriarchy. And, as the old saying goes, "Why buy the cow when you can milk it for free?" This is the type of disrespectful idiom men saying about womyn who fuck for free, so how is that going to get respect from men by fucking for free? Sure, everyone loves a free thing but no one appreciates it because they did not have to work hard for it.

Again, it goes back to the attitude that we shouldn't let men define our sexuality for us. If a guy is going to be an ass, he will be an ass towards womyn whether he pays for it or not! As a former slut, guys treated me WORSE as one then they did as a sex worker. Again, men are competitive. It is in their nature.They LIKE FREE PUSSY, they want it, hence the agenda you spout. But they will not appreciate it and as the evidence shows, still put you down. Thus if your argument is that the men who buy the sexual services of sex workers look down on us, hence the reason why it should be stopped, then let's put moral limitations on womyn's rights and bodies for the faults of men.

Do you see the inherent misogyny in your logic, in your way of thinking, in this statement alone? Your blaming us for the faults of men. Now, here is the other flip side of the coin. Should we only have sex in the context of marriage? Many womyn marry for money. Should we ban and regulate them, too? As a matter of fact, the highest paid courtesans are no different than "gold digging" wives except they may cater to 8 men, but still a small circle of men. Should we govern their lives as well. Their intent in the marriage MAYBE for the money. That makes them a prostitute, a whore. Should we illegalize them or knock the poor old soul/ guy who just wants to lay with a dream womyn, a young womyn, or does this piss you off, this image of this "grimey old man taking away the virginal nubility beauty and femininity of a young womyn" or were you replaced by a younger womyn, hence why you are fuming at sex workers?

Truth is, the laws will NEVER be changed for the womyn. Why? Because the laws are inherently anti-womyn. That's why. Why is it like that? well because men in our patriarchy want control over womyn's bodies for their reproductive benefit, hence why these laws will always stay to where the guys get pardoned or a slap on the wrist and are told, "Well, boys will be boys, so they will do what they do". On the other hand, it will continue to be womyn going off to jail and being raped by malicious cops and pimps because, just like rape victim blame, rape, sexual harassment, street harassment (notice street harassment and sexual harassment, both of which are sex crimes done against mostly womyn's wills are only either civil affairs or non crimes at all) because it is all about the patriarchy wanting to make all these little excuses by using womyn's "immoral" (basically by holding us to double standards they would never hold a man too. For instance, a womyn who sleeps around is called a stud while a man who does the same thing is called a stud!) behavior to justify guys having unjustified, NON CONSENSUAL access to our bodies, which you perpetuate in your anti-prostitution stance which only limits our rights as womyn!

Fact is, I laugh at your efforts. You can not stop because you can not stop HUMANITY, our desires, our needs. Smart Start Interlock Is A Scam!

Being required to blow into a IID 9ignition interlock device) in a specific way in an unspecified manner while having to conduct the test 15 minutes then 30 minutes after the last test has nothing to do with saving people from drunk drivers or safety. It is about MONEY!

See, this company is a verified SCAM! Okay. What they do is they require that you have to blow into the device to detect for alcohol. Okay enough. However, approx. 3 seconds (the website says after 2 seconds, however the literature they dispense says 3 seconds, which is a query mark in and of itself), you HAVE to hum into the device while blowing into it a specific way though they never specify how to hum and how loud to hum both on their website as well as in their booklets/ literature. This is in stark contrast to most (reputable) companies that require that you merely blow, however loudly, into the machine so that, like the police breathalyzer tests, can sufficiently detect the level of alcohol in one's breath.

Now, if you think that's bad, it gets worse. Imagine you are driving on the road, rushing to pick your child up from school. 15 minutes after you took the initial test to start the car/ ignition, you have to take it over again using the same specific, yet unspecified technique that they "stipulate" which, if you do not do to a T, you will lose the test and possibly your driving privileges if this happens enough times as an Arizona man found out (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sQivOiYC7e8).

See, this company is not about saving lives. It is about making money. As you will see in my posted youtube vids, no matter how many times you do it, it is never right until they decide that it is right and that is when you get the "pass" and, as you will see, my "technique" was no different than the other attempted techniques in the other tries I took to pass the test. It is almost like "blowing" into the lottery. But, it is this: It is a rip off. Also, the number of violations you racthet up adds to a violation which will require you to keep the device installed in your car for up to a year (or more). I don't know how they are able to get away with this, they must have an in with the court or something because this is robbery, plain and simple!

Now, if you course through google, you will see that I am not alone in my complaints. A simple google search of Start Smart will pull up numerous complaints, consumer affairs complaints, rip off reports complaints and numerous other complaints that no other IID company has. This company is terrible and so are their outlandish and unethical business practices. Unlike any other company, you have to take the breath test every 30 minutes. Now, I can not see any logic in it unless the person stepped over to get themselves a drink and, even if that is the case, you have to stop sometime and if you get back in while drunk, that car won't start, thus defeating the logic why they have to have you take a test after the first 15 minutes you get in then every subsequent 30 minutes while you are in, even while you are driving, hell, Especially while you are driving.

This is a danger in and of itself in regards to safe driving and isn't safe driving supposed to be the whole point of IID devices? Kinda defeats the purpose.

Rape and Cops

I protect sex workers from the cops out here in LA. Believe it or not, I hear of many stories of outright rape, forcing the womyn to give them sex in exchange for not going to jail while still sending them to jail. Statutory rape, extortion, justification of violent criminals goes on while they abuse tax payers and esp homeless folks, drug abusers (who need help), drug dealers (who are merely trying to eek out a living in an unfair society where corps pump out useless drugs all the time and never get caught and arrested) Problem is. A lot of "cops" join for the wrong reasons. I find they tend to be for the most part on a power trip. They want the power, not to save lives or protect citizens. As the victim of crimes, I have been told numerous times, in many different ways, that "It was my fault for hurting their male ego" in many different ways when I have been the victim and got caught up in "domestic violence" with unknown strangers dispute, even when I have been, not just verbally attacked, but assaulted. I find that the misogynist attitude runs deep with them. After all, the police depts are paramilitary organizations and, as one CHP officer told me, many cops are ex military and we all know that 1 out of 3 of their female comrades are the victims of rape at their hands, not Osama Bin Laden and pals. The shit, the disrespect to womyn, esp womyn victims, is obscene. hey often blame us for what happened, saying it is our faults for speaking up (ie what they phrase as "talking back," as of we are little kids who should only be seen, no heard. Also, like the whore/ virgin complex, it is a case of damned if we do, damned if don't where, if we defend ourselves against a 6'3 man who tried to attack us, WE are the ones who go to prison for being attacked. Add bonus points if you "talked back" to your attacker. Meanwhile, esp if your attacker commenced by sexually harassing and berating you fore refusing their advances, even if you say nothing at all, it is your fault for not accepting it or as they phrase it, their is no crime in a guy flirting with you. In esp LAPD's motto, a guy attacking you IS a sign of love and attraction. To defend yourself, they expect you to run off to the four corners of the Earth before THEY allow you to protect and defend yourself. Even then, they blame you for nit waiting for them to...ahem...defend you...ahem, lol. They don't give you room for the fight response in the fight or flight response to fight back. Even the good cops think like this.

It's time for more people to wake up and not see cops as their friends. Even as this article pointed out, even the good cops are forced to go along with the program. They don't call it the blue wall of silence for nothing.

Blame the Victim and Let The Dangerous Criminal Go: Why People Hate the Police

If the cops were out there, doing their jobs, busting criminals who actually pose a threat and are menaces to society, then I wouldn't be writing this blog right now. However, after yesterday's event, and a couple of others that happened to other people, I can now understand why people hate the police.

Yesterday, I was the victim of an attempted violent assault when two young men ganged up on me and tried to attack me. Thank goodness, save for the existence of my camcorder and pepper spray, they backed off and things could have been real worse then what had already happened.

When I called the pigs, "officers" Esqueda badge #36209 and (JP) Morgan badge # 37497, here is essentially what had happened: they blamed me for hurting the boys's pride ie not giving into the boys's sexual advances in addition to not filing a report for assault or at least battery (they knocked the cellphone out my hand when I tried to call the police).

Alot of people hate the police not for doing their jobs, but because they don't do their jobs. That incident along with a string of others is examplmery of why so many people hate and don't call the police because they will do nothing or, worse, blame the victim for what had happened, especially female victims. In other instances where I (was forced) to take matters into my own hands, I was blamed by the police for standing up to a big 6'4, tatted up (gang tattoos) perp ie what they called the
"victim." I also find that the cops have a tendency to take the side of the criminals by explaining away the crooks's behavior as "not illegal" or "harassment" or "rape" while at the same time notably blaming someone for taking self defense strategies into their own hands by expecting you to inconveniently run away from the incident (which is not possible nor should have to happen in most circumstances) or wait for them for something they are already calling a "non-crime." And, if you get beaten, bruised up, with the bruises to show for it, then it is you who gets blamed, as so many victims of domestic violence can attest. I even had a sgt, one boy, tell me that I am at fault for not being "afraid enough" all because I defended myself and not ran away like a punk (What is so funny is, if you look at the L.A. riots, the cops were the first to run when danger struck despite it being their job to protect and serve. Funny though how they regularly pick on people weaker than them as a manifestation of them getting tough on crime.) As a matter of fact, in my instances as a victim in police interactions, I find that, save for a few times, I hear the same refrain over and over again and that, "It is my fault for hurting the male's pride" which is the same as when they blame domestic violence victims for talking back as if womyn are supposed to be little kids not seen nor heard. Interestingly enough, more than enough, way to more frequent to be isolated, also say misogynist things and like Tom Lykis as I found out when I spoke to a trio of pigs one night gathered at Western and 93rd one night. Also, many of them partake in the same acts that a lot of these criminals are accused of, such as the fact that police officers lead the way in statistics as perpetrators of domestic violence (despite the fact that what they do is by far not the most dangerous work unless you count ticket writing and raping/ harassing/ arresting street walkers and druggies. The honor of most dangerous job actually goes to farm machine operators.), the fact that Los Angeles Sheriff's are known for forcing DV (domestic violence) victims to perform sexual favors ie rape in order to have their often dangerous significant other put in jail, and like to proclaim that they are "servicing" the community by picking on people weaker then them who are afraid while running from the real perps who don't give two shits if they got a badge or not (I find on my copwatches, the cops run from little ole me, a 5'4, 100lbs woman), there is no need for these wimps/ bullies in blue. Along with rape victim blame and a culture of old time ethic and moral principal values of racism and sexism, the community of womyn, black and brown people can't help but see the cops as the problem, especially for us women. We as women face a catch-22 as we can not go to the police for fear of getting blamed and if we take matters into our own hands, we are the ones who go to jail, never mind the fact that the sick fuck tried to rape or violate us, street harass us while nearly knocking us off the road, or defending ourselves from a husband or significant other who is 6'4 and ten times our weight while we harbor all the bruises and knife cuts. As most women victims and "perps" of victimless crimes can attest, often times it is the cops who stick up for the real dangerous criminals. Thus, we can't help but look at the cops as the real criminals, hence why I started my own form of Copwatch out here.

My father was a cop in New Orleans. He retired in 1994. He proudly wore his badge while protecting the community from thugs who really posed problems. He was the first one to tell me that sex workers can get raped at a time when it was still controversial to deem date rape as real rape. I also have a couple of cop friends back in NYC, most notably Eddie, who retired in 2008. He was the one to say that certain things that most people wouldn't believe was rape was rape and/ or sexual assault and he meant it sincerely. He was an honest, good cop who played by the book. No grafts, no favors, extortions, etc. Also, not to mention my former landlords with the wife being a corrections officer and the husband a member of NYPD. I am saying this to show that I do not hate cops. And, no, they are not tokens. These are people who sincerely won over my trust and faith in them and their ability to service the community. My dad is the one who won my love. I bring them up to show why I hate bad cops, and, contrary to a discussion I had with an FBI agent regarding the polices' attitudes towards victims, most notably female victims, I find that the majority of cops are bad and do not have the community's best interest at heart, I especially find this true of LAPD and LASD.

Bad cops tarnish the badge. They should not be hidden, but brought out like the cockroaches they are. Instead, because of the "blue wall of silence" on every police department, none of this comes out. Not even female officers will stand up for females when we are attacked in crimes that disproportionately affect us and are gender based, such as rape. In order to understand why they do what they do and act the way they do, we must go inside their culture.

The police departments in every major city function like the military. They are, in fact, paramilitary organizations steeped in traditions of BROTHERHOOD and distrust of outsiders. Like the military, it was only recently that they started accepting female recruits and if you go to this link, you will see just some of the grief that their "sisters in blue" face and then you will see why they pass that on to the real world when being out there in the trenches and dealing with real women. I am saying this to say that, just like in military culture, there is a lot of misogyny and disdain for females, especially those who join their forces. Because of this latent and often times blatant opposition to women joining, female recruits, who need the jobs because they have families, feel pressured to go along with the program and take whatever the boys dish at them, even if nothing is dished at the boys themselves by other "boys." Because of the pressure to fit in and "be like the boys" for the sake of not losing their livlihood in an environment and culture that heavily does not want nor accepts them, they undergo dramatic mental and emotional transitions which makes them hate their female selves, become "aunt janes", and go after and mistreat women victims and women perps of victimless crimes with as much if not more zeal than the men to prove that they are "one of the boys." In the end, many also suffer harassment, sex harassment, abuse, sexual assault, even rape at the hands of their fellow brothers in blue. Not to mention their is no Sororal Order of Police Officers. This makes it hard for the women to use their natural capacity for empathy to truly make their city, town, state a better and safer place to live (and, no, arresting people for victimless crimes such as smoking weed or selling ass does not count).

As for the culture, just like in the military, they are taught to aim and kill the enemy. Just who is the enemy? When I used to sneak into the LAPD diner room many moons back, I would hear them call certain women who did not live up to their male MANdated moral values "whores", "hoes" and "sluts." Yes, this was freely said in the open. I recall while working as an extra on the set of "Southland", one of the extras, a pig, said that "I was too outspoken." When you pick their dislikes and likes, then you can piece together who they see as "the enemy." It is the whores who walk the street, some of whom are little girls and are human trafficking victims. Yet, that doesn't matter because they rape them or, as one sex worker - still traumatized from the event - told me, pat them down illegally - in her case, it was 1 woman and 4 boys, an illegal procedure to protocol. And you wonder why I do my copwatches, to protect the community from THEM. Also, many of them are veritable, verifiable wimps without their little guns and badges. That is why they run when they see gang members or me in my 5'4, 100lbs glory, brandishing my camcorder. Also, let me mention before I fail to mention, this is why it annoys me when they all say, they don't think alike. I even had this one nutcase, when I spoke out about male entitlement and misogyny on the force, well, when I told him that I had been the victim of a sexual assault about 30 minutes ago, he replied, "Well, why you hugged the guy?" That is when I brought to his donut thickheaded attention that a couple of minutes ago he just said that not all people on the force are the same, have male entitlement, are misogynists and think like that. Needless to say, he shut up after getting ganked and all he did was stand in the momentary silence of stupidity. He also then reiterated a refrain which I heard and read before in a newspaper: he said that what got him started in his job on the force is after his mom's brought him to the scene of a robbery of a convenience store. When I reminded him that I heard Sgt Morales say that in a print paper...along with a couple of other cops, he paused. I realized that my suspicions were confirmed. Most cops do think alike and here is why.

When you join the military, you are taught that you rely on your fellow soldier and no one else. Don't look to the "enemy", Al Jazeera, Big Bird, the black guy down the street, the black lady wearing short shorts. You rely on them for your help. Them and them alone. This creates a barrier of suspicion where all folks who are not apart of their brotherhood are not accepted and are always seized up with suspicion, especially if you happen to be a female and you are the colors black or brown. This is the same mindset administered in the paramilitary force known as the police department. They create a suspicion of fear where those who are a part of their fraternal brotherhood are immediately accepted. Never mind if they robbed a store, raped or beat a woman, especially a sex worker, and/ or did other odious acts that offends the public's sensibilities. This creates a tension and division in the neighborhood they serve where the public can not count on them to report crimes since most people with common sense and no naievte know the cops will not show up nor care to protect the citizens reporting the crimes unless it deals with victimless crimes, which never gets to the heart of the issue of neighborhood safety. Thus, crimes rates go up and whole communities remain unsafe to live in. A lot of times, having had a father who is former police and as one boyfriend who was also an NYC transit cop can attest, most arrests are for victimless crimes committed in people of color communities where there are no viable sources of making money, thus people in these communities turn to drug dealing or sex work to make a living. Many of the people who are caught for drugs are addicts who are using drugs who need help, not Widenmyer who is using his plane to haul the coke in. The people who are arrested for sex work (and raped/ abused by cops) are often times little baby girls who are 14 and 13 and were often forced and trafficked into those circumstances. Not choose it. Yet, the police choose to ignore them and send them to jail (here is where the whore/ virgin complex of the police department can be seen). Lily white Lily who has two homes in the suburbs and works as an escort online with a few clients is often times the one who gets off the hook, never mind of she is brazen with her activities. It's the poorest and most vulnerable who get picked on which brings me to my next point.

Many of the officers don't join with good intentions. They don't join to make the community safer or a better place to live. We are not talking about Officer Wally or Officer Jane Goodall who joins with good intentions. Instead, many of them join looking at the denizens of people of color communities as "trash." Since many of the hold Republican views (trust me, when I have gone into police stations or set in the back of a black & white crusier, no matter the skin color of the criminal/ cop, I always heard Billy Bob country music, NOT the CMT variety, but straight up hillbilly country shit, blaring in the background), they tend to look at those who are of color and especially those who live in poor communities as indolent, vagrant pieces of shit who don't want to to do anything for themselves to get up out of their situation. Thus, they see their situation, when horrible things happen to them, as something that is their fault for being too lazy to get a job and get out of the neighborhood. Like victim blame, well, hell, it is like rape victim blame, they hold them accountable for being pieces of shit who don't want to leave. For blacks who do make it, they see them as threats to their notions of white (male) superiority and the blacks, latinos, people of color on the force are the type who so badly want to be accepted by whites - as I can attest by the behaviour of my own father - that they are often too happy and willing to forsake their pride, dignity and race by becoming a part of the morass of bad cops. They see sex workers and crimes that happen to them, us, as "No Humans Involved" crimes (here is the whore/ virgin complex coming out in full force in this one). They pick of druggies who need help, not handcuffs, people who can't defend themselves. And they pick on the corner pharmaceuticals man who is simply trying to earn a living selling a $20 bag of pot, coke or crack and doing what he can to survive. From my own experience, I find that many of th drug dealers don't even have cars or public transportation and, because of deliberately lackluster schools, the only "opportunities" available to them is being pimped out at and by McD's and some other fast food chain store. LOL, with those as "opportunities," who would not sell crack or meth??? My idea of good policing would be to have a patrol officer, just as they do in Japan, on a particular block. Have them get to know the people, neighborhood, and let the neighborhood get to know them. remove some of the criminal laws on the books that attacks and arrests people for what are truly victimless crimes, such as prostitution, drug dealing and drug users (drug addicts - NOT users - would be sent to rehabilitation centers) and the neighborhood would be a safer place. It would dissolve the gangs (which started as a response, ironically, to police brutality) and communal distrust of the police. It would also help avert the "me/ us in blue vs them" mentality that so many officers tend to have and it would keep the cops from looking at the community as human detritus. No, unfortunately, the system isn't designed like that. It is not designed to be that way. Instead, it is designed to create distrusts between cops and citizens, the belief that womyn and people of color are bad and evil and inhuman and that the so called "perps" of victimless crimes are human detritus, if not human at all. This is why it has become an industry to throw perps in jail for victimless crimes or catch people of color, innocent people - often times to poor to hire good lawyers - in prison on trumped up charges. People have become literal human cogs in a wheel that's become an economy of it's own: the prison industrial complex, where people are but a number and no rehabilitation, change happens. Just cheap labour being used to make often times expensive products that will sell in the millions once out in the open market. And you can't tell me this is the new slavery since almost half of the prison population are black even though we compose 17% of the population. BTW most of them are in there for victimless crimes. And the cops continue to serve as the bullies in the blue with intention of not serving to protect, but wrangling up as many people of color as possible to put in those human cattle ranches known as prisons/ jails for human labor (also to make money off of poor prostitutes who can't and need to make $30 for the hotel room they got.) This is why people hate the police since they do not do their jobs, which brings me to my next point.

I once had a pig ask me why do I never film so called criminals like gang members, etc. I said to them it is because I know they won't have my back. But, unlike those cowards, who took off like lights during the LA riots, leaving the brave Korean shopowners to defend their property, I know they won't have my back. If anything, they will blame me since they don't have the heart that I have to stand up for myself. They hide behind their badge, gun, and, like typical gangmembers, their boys (and ladies) in blue, lol, while I have none. Hell, from my interactions as a crime victim with them, I know they will blame me if I stood up for myself. This is why I have no respect for the police. LAPD are a bunch of wimps. They are a bunch of wimps and cowards in blue with badges who pick on the defenseless, those who can't defend themselves and, based on their behavior, their is no need for them. They need to be obsolete as they are already irrelevant. When I go out there, me and my 5'4, 100lbs, blue eyed, nappy headed frame go out there all by myself. No back up. No friends. No family. No one who really cares about me. It's just me, myself and I. Unlike those cowards, I have no one and never do I display the fear that they have despite the fact that they have a badge and a gun, despite the fact that I have gone through numerous traumatic instances, and despite the fact that I am short and little because I have something LAPD "officers" don't have and that is passion and a heart. A while back, I knew a kid from around the MacArthur Park area who divulged to me that his cousin was a police officer serving with the LAPD. He told me that he was a "by the book" cop. He ran through 15 - count em - 15 partners because they were all crooked. He even told me of one Rampart "officer" pig who would sell the counterfeit DVD's that he stole in sting operations. These are not isolated incidents. It is symptomatic of a much larger problem and, just like any malady, if the police really gave a fuck - pardon my English - they would do something about it. But they won't. Why? Because they don't give a fuck. That's why. All they care about is having that power and being bullies in blue. Not protecting or serving or, especially, going after dangerous criminals. No. But harassing innocent civilians and blaming defenseless women for crimes that happens to us while wanting us to remain defenseless at the same time by threatening us with arrest if we defend ourselves. In short, I hate the police because they are the criminals and protect the criminals, not protect us. As for those cops who blamed me for sexual/ street harassment by saying that, "I should have gone in another direction," and blaming me for "Hurting their male pride" when I nearly got attacked, I hope that you die in the line of duty, then it will be your faults for not "going in another direction" or "giving in to the requests of the perp to let them go," therefore it will be your fault for "defending yourself" ie abusing your gun, power and badge to murder somebody (Deandre Brunston)in the line of duty.

Response To Article; Someone Saying That An Injured Deputy Warrants More Concern Than His Victim

I can't help but think of Oscar Grant when I responded to this. This is my response to a butthole in an article asking why no one cares about an injured deputy who injured himself while violating someone's civil rights:

To the a**hole who brought up the condition of the deputy, nobody cares about the condition of the deputy since, too often, thy are quick to blame domestic violence victims for what happens to them along with using their power to extract ie rape/ force sexual favors from them in order to prosecute the perp. Don't believe me? Just check out statistics on police officers and the crimes they commit using the badge, on and off duty, with domestic violence being high on their list! Peace officer? LOL! More like trouble makers. More and more every day I see why people hate them. They NEVER go after the real dangerous criminals; instead, they run from them. Check out my youtube videos to see what I am talking about at happyhookertv. Instead, they harass innocent, innocuous citizens and pick/ bully on more vulnerable people like drug users and sex workers, some of whom are the victims of human trafficking. But, they never do anything about that nor do they do anything to abate real crime that poses a serious threat to society. Instead, the justify and validate the actions of dangerous perps while blaming the victims, as I have seen first hand. Oh, yeah, if you want to argue that they are not all alike, then please argue the same about the military. Just as when you sign up for the military, your individuality goes out the window through drills, training, CONFORMITY and the belief that ALL people are suspects, especially those who are womyn and of color, same thing with the pd, especially the larger ones since they are PARAMILITARY ORGANIZATION and what is th designation of paramilitary orgs: to shoot and kill. And, if you google "abu Gharib" or "rapes in Iraq" you will see that, just like the military, they tend to pick on the most defenseless and vulnerable, those who won't fight back, just like the dangerous criminals whose actions they validate and emulate. The problem lies in the type of personality PD's attract. They don't attract Officer Wally or Jane Goodall who really want to make a difference in the neighborhood they SERVE by actually talking to the people, understanding their concerns, peacefully coming to a conclusion to ending the violence in neighborhoods. No, instead, as I learned from my father who was a cop in another big city, it is not about resolving crime. It is about sweeping serious, more MONEY CONSUMING crimes like rape or murder under the rug while racheting the numbers by going after what are for the most part truly victimless crimes like drug users, drug dealers and prostitutes, "crimes" that people turn to survive and perhaps thrive. And they target the poorest in the poorest microcosm, in people of color neighborhood where LIVING WAGE, viable jobs are scarce. They don't target lily white Nancy who's an escort, is perhaps flagrant about her activities, has a small crew of clients and lives up in the foothills of Malibu with a Mercedes and a huge mansion, all because she can call them "sugardaddies" and not tricks as the darker women who work the ghetto streets call their clients, along with cops who extort them for rape. They don't target Mr. Duran who flies the coke (cocaine that is) by the shiploads into this country. They don't target Dan, an investment broker living in Orange County who does and maybe addicted to coke and crack on the slick. No, they never go after them since the prison industrial complex has become an industry, a second slavery since most of the people going in look like me, people of color. As for the police, their role is to arrest as many warm, BLACK/ BROWN bodies as possible to turn in enable this "economy", this "industry" to persist. The pigs like to paint people who "hate" them as people who are for the criminals. No, I am not for DANGEROUS criminals. I hate murderers, rapists, people who assault innocent womyn, children or thieves (if they are homeless, I can understand). As a VICTIM of crime, I find that they hate us, hence why I return the favor.

I hope that Zac's family gets justice. As for the pig(s), I hope they all die doing their jobs just as they said I deserve whatever horrible things happen to me for doing mine.

Sexism on Yelp

Yelp, which is supposedly a website designed to cater to the consumer underdog as a consumer watchdog advocates, has a had a lot of complaints of it's own hurled their way, namely from sometimes impetuous business owners whose complaints against them may or may not have been justified who are claiming, oops, complaining that yelp is using their site to siphon, rather, steal from business owners in an extortion attempt to generate more monies and revenue to keep their eyes wide shut while looking the other way to business's consumers complaints, actually going against their credo of protecting the customers and consumer activism along with extorting money from business and becoming what they claim to be against: bad business.
Along with the complaints of consumer disloyalty and extortion of businesses, shall we add sexism to the list?
When I logged into my account on yelp.com, I was greeted with this strange, familiar, but creepy message: "Looking good, Raven". Being hypersensitive (meaning I am ultra perceptive and able to pick up on shit and the smallest of detail to see something for what it is which most people would not be keen to), I knew something was amiss. Just like the "L" Boutique hotel in Beverly Hills, where, when coming down the elevator, the message board in the elevator would make sexually harassing comments such as, "Smile," "Hey gorgeous," "Hey pretty," - I could tell that it was NOT arbitrary,. but being manned by men. Maybe not all the time, and it could have been engineers, security, etc, but I definitely saw and revealed the manipulation when I told them, "Smile! This is sexual harassment" and proceeded to record them with my camcorder, to which the "elevator response system" said, "WTF?" or, better, "What?" Not to go on a long tangent, but I couldn't help but realize that the "system" with yelp bares an uncanny resemblance to that. The ask if you are female and since I have my shit under my email address all over the internet, it's not hard (trust me, I grew up with one) to think that some nerd is just arbitrarily misusing the privacy info on people contrary to their privacy act and looking up arbitrary people's shit online, thus predesignating the message. Now before you think I am schizo or delusional, I don't give a fuck. You can kiss my black ass because I know what I saw. That is why I saved it in screenshot format.
When I first logged in to yelp, at around 12:30am in the morning, I was greeted with the creepy, "Looking good, Raven" - what the fuck do they mean looking good - anyways when I clicked the profile link, it brought me to this page, screenshot included, which said, verbatim: "So who are you then? Tell the rest of yelp about your pretty little self?" I was floored and taken aback by this. I am quite certain they wouldn't talk to a man like this. When you sign up, they ask what your gender is, so I am quite certain they would say this to a man. Even if some weird, psycho, privacy screwing nerd wasn't looking up your personal info online, this is still sexist and disturbing to say the least. This is stuff I rail against all the time. We as women, especially women of color, still have a lot to go in terms of ending our oppression. When we are walking down the street or even driving and being followed in our cars, we are constantly appraised as sex objects whose only value lies in our sexual desirability to men, which we are to act joyously and subserviently as extensions of. We are not supposed to be complexed beings with our own thoughts, abilities and our own mental capacities. Instead, our "fuckability" in the eyes of anonymous men, not even just our husbands or bfs or others we choose to be intimate with, is supposed to determine our value. And that is wrong. To men who have male privilege I must needlessly add, they won't understand it. They do not want to understand it since they are guilty of it and it implicates them all. They commit these things and benefit from it so, if you are the beneficiary of male privilege, why give that up? However, just like the Bonobos, we women need to come together and get it. I am quite certain we have already gotten it, we just don;t know what to do with it.

Cherie Rogers; Nearly Murdered and Raped by the LASD

Christopher Maurizi is a monster. His inhuman abuse of this young woman, Cherise Rogers, is indicative of the final horrible hours that Mitrice Richardson must have endured at the hands of the LASD in Lost Hills station right before she succumbed. You can read it here

The LASD and the LAPD are animals. They are more than just mere misogynist, racist scum: they are animals, the worst of human scum who use their badge and gun to violate and abuse rather than serve and protect. The people who get on do not serve and protect. They bully and abuse and don't uphold the laws that they are meant to serve because, as so many of them eloquently put it to me, "they don't have to."

I believe Mitrice Richardson was raped by LASD before she was murdered. Combined with my experiences and a quick look at the stats on police brutality, it doesn't take much to see that the LASD and LAPD routinely view people of color as inhuman and women even worse, as mere sex objects, only to be enjoyed and used for rape. LASD has a systemic convention of showing up to domestic violence incidents and "asking the women out" - which is reminisent of cops routinely abducting sex workers and demanding rape or jail - while holding their clout over the an already abused woman's heads and using the woman's response as to whether they are going to protect her safety by incarcerating the monster who perpetrated the crime or not. As one caucasian female who was the domestic violence told me, "When the black and white rolled up, the first then he asked was, 'Are you dating anyone?' He wasn't concerned about my safety, no 'are you alright, ma'am. Nothing." There are many horror stories of the LAPD and especially the LASD pulling women over to ask for their numbers then incarcerating them for refusing as one guy who I know who is in the acting/ entertainment business can attest when he was put on trumped up charges by sheriffs deputies and arrested, placed in the back seat of the patrol car while his female companion was being subject to constant predatory sexual harassment by a predatory sheriffs deputy. Even more sickening, but not shocking, many women in the 80's, 90's and, perhaps even now, were killed as a result of LASD and LAPD treating domestic violence calls as "non-emergency" calls and other calls such as "a cat being caught up in the tree" and other easy BS as significant, emergency calls. That means that cops feel that women's lives are less important than a cat's life. Even more disturbing is the ritual of "hazing" that female cadets are subject to when they enter the police academies where they are subject to a ribald ritual of fierce sexual harassment, sexual abuse, sexual assault and even rape in a "program" to try to weed out the good, strong, positive female cops and bring on the self hating, aunt jane, no self respecting, submissive, self misogynist-masochist, passive female cops who will submit to the old boy's network. Aside from all of that, in Cherie Roger's case, I know in my heart of hearts that he was going to rape her had she not fought back. I take issue with a relative in the comments section correlating it to her beauty. Rape and attraction are mutually exclusive. As I always say, never equate abuse to attraction. When men beat their wive, when men rape, it is about POWER and, like a reptilian beast and a freightend human, they get off on seeing the fear in that woman's eyes, knowing that he just subdued someone physically weaker then him. On top of that, anyone, woman, man or child can get raped even though the disproportionate victims tend to be women and children. What do rapist seek? They seek control. They don't pick their victims out because they are cute; they pick them out so that, in some sick, perverted way, they can "challenge" themselves and see how much they can forced a victim to do their bidding. That is why rape is like being murdered since the rapist is out to take your soul since they get off on and get excited by the fear of being tortured in that person's eyes and that is why rape is like murder since you are being killed while you are alive. Rape is about power and control. Just look at these two cases: the William Kennedy Smith trial and a McArthur Park rapist. William Kennedy Smith was a very handsome and good looking man. He was also very rich and came from a prominent home; the Kennedys. These two assest would attract women from near and far. But he raped two women and even more (as revealed by the trial). Both women did not look like supermodels; as a matter of fact, in my perception, they looked rather homely, almost manly. However, he raped not once, but, officially, twice and many times more, which never made it to trial. The McArthur Park rapist was a very handsome black man and had money; two things that would attract women and earn him all the hoes he wants for the rest of his life. However, he chose to rape and the women he raped were mostly middle aged, frumpy and, in some cases, homeless, yet he raped. Why? Not because he liked his victims or thought they were "hot," but because he got off on the control he had while they were in his "possession" and that is exactly what it is all about, possessing another person just as murder is the ultimate act of control over another human being.

In Cherise Rogers case, here is what I think Maurizi was thinking in his fucked up as head. In a neighborhood such as where she was, when the deputy saw her, he figured, "Mmmmmmm, black woman, young, early 20's, alone (ie no witnesses), must be a prostitute. Let me go rape her." This is routine to black women and no mystery because of our history of exploitation and sexual violence at the hands of white men, which white police officers continue as a tradition to this day. White men, especially white male police officers, have a tendency borne from slavery to think that because black women are hypersexual (an ASSumption on their part), doesn't matter what you wear, you are ripe for rape, which is a mentality borne of our patriarchal, racist culture which puts down hypersexuality in women, period. He figured, since he has a badge, a gun and a mother, Janice Maurizi, who is a high up official in the District Attorney's office, that he could get away with anything - including rape. He ASSumed that, because she was black, she MUST have a record for prostitution (no doubt they surmised this in the Mitrice Richardson case) and then proceeded to go after her since he figured that she was easy prey since he assumed she was a sex worker and, hey, a sex worker can't go to the police since A) He IS the police and B) Because police are the biggest victimizers of women and C) Because their morality has been made a crime. As you will see in my next video, that is why laws like prostitution laws are evil, because they open up the door to sexual violence against women and transfolk and the justification of sexual violence not just by men, but police officers as well who routinely use their power to sexually assault and rape women just as Maurizi has done. These women don't realize that, with more women getting out there, and being independent and dressing like they don't live in places like Afghanistan (ie dressing scantily clad), these laws threaten them and their freedom as well because, since prostitution law allows someone to be picked up for mere suspicion, "inetent," ALL of us, not just sex workers, but ALL of us are at rosk for being forced in the back of the paddy wagon and given the option of, "Suck my dick or go to jail," by the same cops who are supposed to protect us from exploitation, who routinely let rapist go while blaming the victim. Personally - and this is to all you cops who are reading this - if a cop ever did that to me and whipped out his dick and told me to suck it, you better believe that I WILL BITE HIS DICK OFF WITH MY TEETH! This motherfucker's dick may come out, BUT HIS DICK WILL NOT BE GOING BACK IN!

Cherie Rogers ended up getting fired from her job as a clerical typist from the LAPD all because of this sick, white boy's (no offence to white MEN) lies. She ended up going through emotional pain, deep psychological pain and other horrible terrors as well as a result of this, hell, injustice is too nice a word to describe this. This abomination is more like it. Se was moving up in the world. She was going to be a senior clerical typist. She just earned her BS in children's psych. She was going to be someone and all because of this predatory, sick, racist, twisted, perverted, raping racist sick son of a bitch, Muarizi, all her hopes and dreams came crashing down. And, what did her employer, LAPD do? Those racist ass whackjobs stabbed her in the back. That's what they did and fired her over that sick mofo's lies. That is why, just as my mama used to say that the military is no place for the black person, the police department is no place for a person of color or a woman as well. Hell, it is not a place for any uprighteous, upstanding human being with a qualm of conscience and a dose of open mindedness and the true desire to see justice taken, and not just abuse folks because they are black, female, gay, or trans. Anyways, suffice it to say, until women start respecting themselves by fighting laws that threaten and hamper our freedom for the sake allowing men's mandated morals to control our bodies, more incidents like Cherie Rogers - who formerly was working for and was subsequently fired over this incident by the LAPD - will continue to happen until we all come together, sex worker, office worker, waitress, day care tutor, and see the enemy for what it is and the bigger picture. It's misogyny that's the crime, not our morality.

And to people of color - men and women - as my mama used to say about the armed forces; the army is not for black people. So does the same thing apply law enforcement as well.

Do You Dream of Parallel Universes?

I do! I believe that, at least when you dream, you actually do journey and travel into other realities where your etheric energy (soul) settles into your corporal alternate selves and you get to experience the life and reality of what could of been, what never was, and what things could be. That is why I believe that, when you wake up, you tend to feel disoriented, as if jolted from some experience since - just like in the waking world - when you leave one profound experience for another, it tends to de-settle you, like a time traveler disoriented from going from one reality to another since the temporal change is too much for the human mind. That is why, when you wake up from your "dream," I don't think that you were dreaming at all. That is why you are emotionally connected to your dream and seeing things from a different perspective since you are processing the emotions of while getting a glimpse of the alternate life of your alternate twin. Here is my story from last night, Nov. 23, 2010.

I recall living in a reality where I was a prostitute living in a poor neighborhood. I lived in a dingy high rise in a gloomy city, that was seemingly cold, and I lived alone. I remember feeling happy that I actually had my own place for the first time in my life. Anyways, I ventured out to get something - I think it was a tag, a car tag I think - so I went to the nearest store. They didn't have what I was looking for. So I set out to go somewhere else, far way from where I lived, to find it. Mind you, I wasn't mobile since I didn't have a car, so I was literally on foot. Anyways, I recall after coming from the store and under the train tracks, I recall how the city looked. It was a city metropolis where the city looked "cluttered" where, from different perspectives, it seemed as if whole neighborhoods would literally be concentrated in one area, stacked on top of each other, like a favela, with a train track complete with wooden boards at the top which would, like a rollercoaster, curve and "swerve" over it, way high up. However, the place did not have a third world feel, as in the conventional sense in our world. It was modern, but very different than our world. Not quite un-modern, but beyond a description I could apply from this world to that one. After walking across the train tracks, I recall suddenly appearing and walking through someone's house, with my reality's self wondering, "How did this logically happen?" Maybe that universe was more advanced than I thought. I recall how the house looked: it was decked out in holiday decorations for Christmas and it was very nice, huge, and spacious, with a black family living in it, who were real nice towards me, despite my strange appearance there. This is where it gets strange. This house - along with all the other wealthy houses - looked all the same. Now, are you familiar with one story store fronts and the architecture? Yes, it looked alot like that, except more advanced. The wealthy homes all shared one roof, much like storefronts sit under one roof, that was flat and made out of a marble-metallic like material, which mirrored how the streets and sidewalks looked as well, which were meticulous, spotless and clean. The homes were deceptive in that, despite being plausibly one story on the outside, they were HUGE on the inside, with one huge room way to the back, which made them seem taller than what they were, as I saw in one house. Now, I surmise, the layout was that the homes with just the store front like design had the ceilings that were consistent with the design, but were very vast and very nice on the inside, like the black family. Erstwhile, some of the homes, like the one I saw, were set up where they had the "storefront" design, but there was a larger structure in back that allowed for more room and a tall, tall, tall ceiling. Going back to the black family, as I , a stranger, walked through their home, they seemed not be bothered by it. Instead, they were nice and cordial to my *surprise* appearance. It was a guy and two women. The guy said, "Hi," along with the two women who accompanied their cordial welcomes, their, "Hi's," with smiles. Weird. Aside from the homes on the outside having a strange, marble like material that was used as the roof of the front of the houses at the top and the streets and sidewalks were lined with the same material, all of the homes, and I mean all of them, including the poor ones, were "porous" meaning the homes literally had openings where anyone can go in and out, like ancient Roman homes. Again, all of the homes - the wealthy ones - all lived under this "roof." I recall my house, my apartment, being at 6th and Broadway and I recall repeatedly asking folks, "How do I get back to 6th and Broadway?" I was at 32nd and something else at the time. I recall going through a "cholo" neighborhood and asking. Strangely, again, the houses were "open" as in no doors, a whole section open, but they weren't homeless poor, or built like favelas, they just had certain areas "open" like in ancient Rome, but the houses were modern like you would see here. I recall going back near an alley with the cross streets, "81st and Wilshire," I believe and encountering a trio of drunks and crackheads; two black guys and one white woman. The white lady in the trio took me by the arm and said, "Let me bring you to him," or something to that affect. She was saying, "Let me introduce you to him, let him meet you," while we were walking. We were - in a flash - back in the wealthy neighborhood and it was then that I saw clearly that this home was even more majestic than the other one owned by the black family. It had people, kids, walking in and out, to and fro, and, deceptive from the outside, there was an interior where you could see a HUGE room after walking in from the front with a huge clock and peach colored walls. I'm not sure what the carpet was, but the room was majestic and in stark contrast to the front of the house. I did not go into that room, but I do remember somehow knowing - maybe from having been in these homes before - that the ceiling was HIGH and there was - I am not sure - a staircase leading to other rooms in the one huge room. If I had to describe it, it was basically a vast one story house with openings, like ancient Rome, at the front where anyone could literally come in and out, that was connected to a taller building in back that was basically a one vast, huge spacious room with staircases leading to other smaller rooms in it. Basically, it was unlike anything anyone has seen in this world. It was weird. While at the Christmas party, I saw a client that I see in this realm, and he was looking for, I surmise drugs. It was funny that, in this enviroment, there were simultaneously children and adults running amok while "adult" things were going on, kinda like Amsterdam. My "client" in this realm did not know me and he had his head slung down, either drugged or disappointed. While walking through the party, me and the transient were approaching this well dressed white guy, donning a furcoat, much like what I had on, or, in other words, like a pimp coat. Unlike a street pimp, however, this guy was pulsating with class, refinement and education. He looked like Eddie Izard and he wore a black watch. As I was approaching, I said some crazy shit, something quirky that I would say in my waking life. I think I said, "How far do we have to go,"....something to that effect, out loud. I recall being confused and wondering why she lead me here and also thinking if she was my pimp (?) I recall Eddie Izard giving me the stink eye, wondering what the fuck was I doing here. I guess he was my prospective client or something. I walked up to the guy, apparently he was important, but he looked at me as if to say, "What the fuck are you here?" and that is when I rolled out, just wanting to go to 6th and Broadway, and move on with my life.

Then I woke up. I have had many different dreams of this type. I had a - well, nightmare - where I woke up in an alley where I was being chased by something, then I recall being in a diner where I worked then got fired and then I recall being homeless and out in the cold in Chicago and I know how terrifying that is since I have been to Chicago in my waking life. The most significant - and real one - was a long time ago when I was in high school. I recall looking out beyond the neutral ground (the New Orleanian slang for a "rotary") and looking as far out as I can, thinking to myself, "I love school. I am looking forward to school. I can't wait to see all my friends" with the brain of a normal, superficial, pond thinking person. Then I woke up. People who argue against my theory, people who argue that, like death, or near death experiences, all of these memories, dreams and triggers are nothing more than the sole compilation of various experiences in your waking life, are full of shit! There is so much to this life that science doesn't know, that we don't know, that to try to put a finger on things and say that, "It doesn't exist," based on the primitive technology we have is hogwash and nonsense. Speaking of my experience at school, there was nothing in my waking life that triggered or made me want to go to school; I had no friends, got bullied and picked on by teachers and students alike. As a matter of fact, just as we move on from one world to the next in our dreams, I was ready to move on to another school, and that was real.

Rape In the Military

War is not just hell, it is the ultimate tool waged against women; the essence of the feminine.

I recall once sitting across from a Captain with the LAPD, a female who had obviously been there for years. As we talked about gender equality (I was somewhat relieved that I was talking to a woman, which is what I always prefer), we started talking about how we have come a long way. As I sat across from her, a sex worker talking to a high ranking female captain with the LAPD, I couldn't help but realize that we have more than just a long way to go. Her logic was flawed. Her statement regarding my street harassment by driving, "We can't stop men from chasing pretty girls," confirmed it. What kind of hell statement of liberation coming from a so called liberated woman is that? Where is her self respect for herself as a woman? What happened to her woman intuition? What's so funny is someone like her would knock me and call me, "anti-woman," for what I do yet I am defying the very same patriarchal system that she upholds by going against male instituted morals imposed on women's bodies while she is erstwhile enforcing male misogynist values through laws that appear very similar to Sharia Law, which are recognized unanimously as anti-woman laws in at least the western world. As a matter of fact, I will go on to say that saying that her going into her occupation is liberating is analogous to saying that a black woman who takes on the highest rank in the KKK is showing progress. Yes, while she was a woman, definitely a female, with a pussycat between her legs, there was something decidedly unfeminine about her and, no, I don't mean feminine as in the male defined context. I mean, she wore the same boots as the men, she wore the same uniform as the men, she looked like the men, she even thought like the men, and that is when the problem struck me: This woman was a man in a woman's body.

Don't get me wrong. I am not saying that she is unfeminine because of what she does for a living. I am not saying that she was transgender. No, what I am saying is, despite her being a woman, she still perpetuated the ideals of the misogynist patriarchy under a sexist, male defined ideal of "equality" by assuming the same characteristics, the same role of the male oppressor. Mainstream feminists tend to think that as long as we literally do everything that a man can do; strap on boots, fight fires, build machines, wear lumberjack shirts (not offence to women and girls who do), kill people, that that somehow makes us equal. However, in the process, they lose their women's intuition and their connection to themselves as empathetic, diverse beings who could make a difference in the world, a positive difference, through peace rather than war. I find that as a sex worker I make more of a positive difference than her than she will ever make pushing a sexist agenda for a sexist and racist police department. What I do is alot more empowering in that I bring peace; I make people happy (and operate in the same way the Bonobos do - look at my last article) and all the while defying the male mandated morals expected of me by the patriarchy while she enforces sexist, Sharia Law laws designed to oppress her and her kind through our morals for men's reproductive benefit (Look at my video called "Why I can't mess with men unless they are tricks" on Happy Hooker tv for more info.) However, there is nothing empowering or liberating about what she said. To me, that is what I expect from a man and, with that thinking, with that mentality, I see her as a woman trying to be man and push the male agenda by wearing the uniform of the male patriarchal oppressor.

As for her occupation, there is nothing feminine about war. Cops are a part of the military industrial complex. Hell, they are a paramilitary organization with Captains and sergeants (who eat donuts all day). War and anything having to do with the military are part of the systems of oppression against women. Largely, in war, the women and children tend to be the biggest, exploited casualties through sexual violence and any type of violence. While men are the ones who most largely fight, their deaths tend to get described as heroic while women - who are the givers of life - are called collateral damage which is a military colloquialism for "we don't care." Maybe it is this fact that women create life, that we are the grand architects of life, that men hate, hence why they start all the wars (just look at your world history book if you need proof).

Anyways, to get back on subject, I am bringing this up to highlight one of the great dishonors to women in our military: the rape of our women soldiers by their own men, the men who should be fighting alongside with them out in the fields. Instead, they are, like cowering predators, hell, just as the cowering predators that they are, wait in the night for a woman to use the restroom so that they can all pounce on her at once. It doesn't matter the woman's race either - whether it be blue, purple, gold, black, white and brown - all women are at risk of getting brutally gang raped, thrown into a filthy urinal tent, have lye or some other acidic substance thrown on her genitals, and left to die, or, if - and I know this sounds insensitive to say this - they are "lucky," to get put out of their misery with a single bullet like an animal and "allowed" to be relieved of their misery (as I am writing this, my soul wants to cry.) Lavena Johnson , Ciara Durkin, what Jamie Leigh Jones - in the face of a brutal, brutal, and animalistic gang rape by KBR/ Haliburton mercenaries/ employees where one of her breast implants was torn out alone with the muscle - almost succumbed to, other scores of women, including who I strongly suspect (based on testimonial descriptions closely correlative to that of Lavena Johnson) Jessica Lynch.

The military is no place for a woman. I am not saying that to be a sexist douchebag, but to acknowledge the fact that the military is part of a patriarchal structure that employs war to use enforce terror and brutality against women and impose misogyny. Whereas we as women create life, the military is about taking lives. It is about turning people into stone cold killers, not creators and it is about using sexual, misogynist, gender based violence to implement imperialism by raping the women and robbing whole countries of it's creators of life, it's life force, it's essence; us. War is the opposite of everything that the feminine represents, thus, it is no surprise that rape and sexual violence is used as a weapon against it's own women who are employed in the military. 1/3 of women are raped. Rape kits, much like under Palin's regime as Mayor in an Alaskan city, were not funded due to "christian, patriarchal" morals as well as abortion being banned and many women who are serving overseas, especially in Iraq, never don't leave their camps at night due to the real fear of being raped - not by an Iraqi soldier, suicide bomber, or "terrorist" - but because of a real fear of terror from their own so-called brothers who are supposed to be fighting alongside them. As a matter of fact, the majority of female deaths in the military is due to "dehydration" caused by women soldiers being in real fear of being raped and/ or murdered (to cover up the crime) by male commanders, fellow male soldiers if they go to the restrooms at night, which are always outside. As one woman who spoke out about her soldier daughter's experiences of sexual violence while serving in the middle east expressed through an article written on Truthout.org (the daughter has since gone AWOL rather than be forced to return to that sexual-gender hellhole):

Nor could she handle another deployment, dealing with the daily hour-to-hour sexual harassment that she endured from 99% of her male officers and fellow soldiers. The isolation and fear of being attacked, harassed, molested and raped was a huge part of her life in Iraq. She was always full of anxiety and stress just keeping herself safe when her commanding officers would show up banging on her door in the middle of the night, intoxicated and wanting to have sex with her. The intimidation and sexual harassment that our female soldiers are enduring is leading to massive stress and in some cases even death for our military women in Iraq. They are not supported but shamed when they bring these to the attention of their superiors.

This reminds me of how, in one article I read, many women the LAPD academy who joined with "lofty" honorable and great ideals of saving women from rape were raped by their fellow cadets - just like in the military and this ritual, this time honored tradition was used to test and see which women were malleable to the misogynist, patriarchal cause and which ones would go against it. Those who went against it - the status quo - were cut from the shaft while the ones who went along - by force, of course - were still allowed on, thus ensuring that despite they're being "women" they will still enable the patriarchy and push it's agenda while also demonstrating that the values of military/ paramilitary industries are inherently anti-woman and misogynist which reminds me of all the cops who I talked to one night who said, "We like Tom Lykis" - a woman hater. Chillingly, this reminds me of when one of my ex marine clients said that women in the military were called "walking mattresses" while expressing disdain for the women's "loose morals" which is greatly akin to the lie that's use to justify the theft of oil in Iraq by saying that we are over there to fight against "Honor killings."

Mainstream feminist like to think that as long as we can equally compete with every man in every field, then there is equality. That is not the case. Just because you put on your bootstraps does not make you a man, or even equal to them in their eyes. It definitely doesn't mean that you are doing a service to women. As a matter of fact, you are hurting them, you are hurting us, you are hurting you. You are enforcing the very same patriarchal values that oppresses you, that oppresses and subjugates all of us. The military industrial complex and every paramilitary organization - including police departments - are about enforcing institutionalized misogyny. Just talk to the average cop on the beat. From my discussions with them, their is an institutionalized attitude of tolerance and embracement of misogyny and gender based assault and violence that is carried out on women (for instance, prostitution laws, which is our American version of Sharia Law and the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department's custom of preying on domestic violence survivors and trying to get sexual favors and/ or dates from them), that allows for the perpetuation of violence against women by the control and subjugation of our morals and the punishment for any woman that falls out of line with those male imposed morals, just like honor killings, except it is carried out over here in the form of victim blame for women getting raped for not being proper as well as the prevasive victiminzation of sex workers - largely street based, women of color - sex workers and transfolks who are raped for what they do by police (who use it to justify their crime by the way). It, the military/ paramilitary industrial complex that is, is not meant to bring about a diversity of thinking or a change in rationale, logic and approach with regards to dealing with the community. Rather, it is about upholding the values of classism, racism, and, especially, sexism, and the perpetuation of violence, as all wrapped up in a macho bundle. That is why even the women talk like men. The culture of the military (or any other war bound, paramilitary organization - such as a police department) is still a very misogynist and macho one. That is why it is still an uphill battle for queer men to join the military, and transpeople stand no chance still. Hence why gender based violence is a daily fact of life. Even though women are accepted in the military and paramilitary organizations, we are still seen as the enemy by our own: why? because our nature goes against it. Again, as I said before, I'll say it again, women are the life force of this planet. Our nature goes against war. We create life, and war takes what away? Life. That is why violence, misogyny, enmity and rage is used to keep us suppressed because, as the book, "Report from Iron Mountain," said, "What will we do if peace was to break out?" and that is the nature of women; peace and that is exactly what the military is fighting against.

Only A Bonobo Society Can Save Women - And Mother Earth

I think Bonobo culture is just what human women need to rescue ourselves - note that I said rescue ourselves because, unlike damsels in distress, we need rescuing from the men - from the patriarchy. Men too. As this book/ article details, when a male attacked a female fellow of their pack, ALL the women, not just one, or two, of the pack, jumped on his ass like a herd of Rhinos on crack! Contrast that to what I come across as a human woman on a daily basis. When I see gender based inequality being committed, for example, sexual harassment, when I speak up, I am heatedly and ferociously put down. At the same time, I will see my fellow women looking, staring, with a look of clandestine concurrence, but won't speak up. After the disaster is done, sometimes they will come up to me and congratulate for a good job well done and for speaking up. It is at this point - despite already just freshly rising from conflict - pout my chest and (want to yell) "Why did you not stand in solidarity with me and speak up?" In the article, I couldn't help but read some of the comments, especially emanating from "men's rights (to male privilege) activist" who called the Bonobos "vigilantes," which lets you know whose rights they stand for: Not good men like my father, but wife beaters, abusers and rapist while calling out "inequalities" such as women and families not wanting to leave their kids with men babysitters while justifying the very behavior that causes them to think that way (male entitlement starts from telling men - through male privilege - that if a female or child is in the same room with him, alone, then he has a right to her/ his body which is why people of both sexes don't want to leave their kids with men alone) while always pointing the finger in the wrong direction, which is at feminists (the example above as well as the fact that chores like babysitting were given to women based on sexist separation of duties bestowed by the patriarchy) rather at their fellow men or, better yet, themselves. Speaking of women, part of the problem we have is that, when we are faced with problems, we not only don't come together, but we have a tendency to be the perfect pin balls and let things happen to us until it becomes life threatening. Taking an old concept from policing, you stop the big crimes by stopping the little ones. Even though this doesn't apply as well to policing, this perfectly applies to gender based violence, for instance, street harassment. Problem is, even when the heat starts hurting, many of us - but not I - will not say anything, but put up with it! Alot of women view not speaking up as passive resistance or just getting through the day, but, at the end of the day, their is no life when your soul is stolen and when you are subjected to that degradation many many times a day, somethings' got to give; either your soul or else you fight back! When you choose to keep it in, implosion is inevitable. As the sister of three brothers, one thing I can say is men understand confrontation. More of us need to start confronting. As I have observed, men may not like it, but they will respect it. When they see us coming, especially a little, tiny thing like myself (I am 5'4 and 100lbs) men - I hate to say it - have a predatory instinct, disposition about them. So, when they see me coming, they think that I am a pushover, that they can bully me and walk over me, etc. When they see that my personality and my bombast voice won't have it, they back off. I must admit. I also have a very guilty conscience when I don't stand up for myself and it started when I was a little girl and my mom told me, "You have to protect your inner child when she has been hurt." This sent me on self defense overdrive, I must admit. But I am not 6'4, 200 lbs, and a male most of all, so I need that adrenaline of overdrive, for self defense. That is why, for my copwatches, I have been able to go out almost alone admist the wolves of pimps and roving, predatory, raping cops. I recall a client once said to me, "Why do the women act like bitches and just make a snide look on their face and walk out?" regarding the male co workers who put them down. This made me think. I wanted to say to him, "Well, why don't you be a human and stand up for her?" I will admit, the matter is complicated and women do lose jobs and, just like me, end up standing up with no support, even from the people telling us to take a stance. Where are they when we need someone's back to fall on or someone's shoulders to cry on? What pisses me off is that, we as women, like our Chimpanzee counterparts as demonstrated by Vanessa Woods in her book, "Bonobo Handshake," tend to speak about these things in silence, alone and never confront the wider issue. That is why, just like in Chimp society, the men have free reign to go around bopping women members of the group upside the head, because the women give them permission by their silence, their unspoken complicity. And the men, the male members, do it, not for fun, or for games, or even for sex (as many women have been brainwashed to think when it comes to rape, which has nothing to do with attraction and everything to do with control), but to dominate and control and to ensure the females' obsequious participation in their oppression. Going back to what I was saying about speaking up, in some cases, the woman or women will speak against me, and this adds to the whole complicated matter of divide and conquer, keep ignorant and dumb, and most importantly, keep all at each other's throats, competing for sexual harassment as good attention, as a compliment, while at the same time debasing yourself by not seeing the true enemy: the patriarchy.

We can't save ourselves alone. We as women must come together to do it and make it happen. Until we start speaking up, or more dicks start rolling (down the street after getting cut off - an ode to my girl, Lorena Bobbit), expect to be treated as crap, as pin balls, as female chimpanzees rather than rising up to be the architects of our society that we give birth to, much like the Bonobo.

Sexual Harassment while Driving Murders A Young Pregnant Mom

What kills me is the unsympathetic look at the woman the articles has taken, such as the use of such phrases, "When they spurned him, he lost his temper - and control of the van," as if to say that it was the woman's fault for not giving in to his raping demands, as if he had a god given right to her body, and, as a result, he lost control and his temper and now she is dead. Poor sick fuck! This is why I take this seriously; I had it happen to me back in summer when a driver sexually harassed me while calling me all sorts of curse words because I refused his advances. As a woman of color, I know the cops will not step in on my behalf - thus I fought back by spraying the side of his car with pepper spray. He followed me back to where I lived and - in front of witnesses - one of the officers said, "She (me) should of gone in another direction." This is why I don't and other persons of color - don;t trust the cops. The sargeant - who was laughing and joking with the man who verbally assaulted me and violated my space - told me, dually, that, "What happened to me was NOT a crime,' while simultaneously telling me that, "I should of called them," all the while joking with the son of a bitch.

See these men's rights groups; they have nothing to blame but themselves and their fellow men! Don't like us being fearful of you presence and not wanting our kids around you, change your brethern and get rid of your male entitlement - or, maybe, that's the problem. They want their cake and they want to eat it too!

This incident and many other is why I stay on the LAPD's ass and why I will continue to stay on their asses since their is a systemic culture of violence and misogyny against women that percolates in the LAPD community - and I call it community since they are separate from the rest of society. I have heard this line before, the line that it is the woman's fault for getting raped, for fighting back for her getting hurt or worse, killed - with my own ears when going into internal affairs meetings after reporting officers for misconduct! Based on discussions straight from the horse's mouth ie LAPD cops, there is a cycle of femicide and hatred of women and the women officers - particularly those of color - need to speak up until it's too late.

In the meantime, I will continue to use my channel and my blog to fight on behalf of sex workers and all women so that another woman won't have to go through what I have gone through, whether it is at the hands of the LAPD or any other man!

Fortunately, because more white people fly (and their complaints get taken seriously), many people are complaining about these pervert protocols so...hopefully something will be done and this shit will stop! Anyways, so long for my trip to Amsterdam. Ongoing Problems with the U.S. Border Patrol

As some of you all may have read a while back, I have been having some ongoing problems with the US Border Patrol, namely harassment and especially, sexual harassment. After constant correspondence with the US Department of Homeland Security and my Congressperson, Henry A. Waxman, nothing has been done and I received a letter in the mail from Homeland Security letting me know that nothing will be done and that they case has been closed AND to refer all complaints to the very same supervisors who have harassed me and/ or take up for their government lackeys oops I mean employees. This doesn't surprise me considering that two women who were the victims of sexual assault by a Border Patrol agent had their pursuit for justice assaulted by the very same agency who were put in the dual position to protect them AND their perps (again) Homeland Security. I even sent a letter to the highest person up, Janet Napolitano and, maybe that was what cockblocked it, you know, my efforts for justice. Anyways, I will make available to all my readers and listeners the contents of the letter for your review as well as the numbers of some of the gov't lackeys I contacted. Through my videos on youtube I have made known the perpetrators of these acts and will continue to expose these insidious, reprehensible people so that no one will go through this again. BTW they don't like it, so I will continue with glee. Here are some more incidents accompanied by a video I posted on my youtube channel of further harassment. Before I go, as a former journalist who has written articles for the Times Picayune and City Business Newspapers (respectively), I just want to say that there is a reason why government agencies, corporations fear us: it's because we air there dirty laundry out to dry for the masses to see and consume, and they don't like to be held to the same standards they hold us to, hence why I will keep posting their information and putting their dirty laundry out their to dry, so that they may be held responsible and not abscond their personal responsibilities to us, the people. Without further adieu, here are the incidents with concomitant video.

On August 28, 2010, at around 8:30pm, I observed Officer Valete (Badge #0052) stop a car with two attractive,young female occupants for an extensive inspection where the car gets checked. He and another officer came over to my car and did the same inspection. I asked why and he said that he can randomly check whoever he wants.

On September 4, 2010 at around 6:45pm, I was waiting in line when I saw Customs officer Major. I saw two cars go past without being stopped or else detained for longer. Officer Major looked at my passport in a leering manner and asked, “Was I from New Orleans?” which is what the passport said. When I said, “Yes,” he then said, “You don't sound like it. You have a New York Bronx accent (which I unmistakengly don't). When I asked him what was the purpose of his questioning, that was when he caught a horrible attitude towards me and said, “Look. I can ask you any question I want.” That is when he demanded further inspection and asked me to pop open the trunk of my vehicle while I was still merely parked by the border booth. When I asked for his badge number, he gave me a horrible attitude and told me that, “All he was obligated to give me was his name,” and nothing else.

On September 6, 2010, I came back from Mexico at 9:30pm. When I approached the customs line at the second stop sign right before you speak to an officer, I was approached by officer Williams, badge #6754 and customs officer Kahn. They told me that they wanted to inspect my vehicle. Again, I have no criminal record and have never been in trouble with the law. They told me that they wanted to inspect my vehicle. They told me to pop open the trunk and they opened the side of my door, doing an interior inspection of my vehicle, all before I approached the customs agent. Right after I they were done, that is when I approached Officer Leyva's booth. Officer Leyva asked me what I was doing in Mexico and if I had anything to declare. I signaled to my nails and told him I had my nails done down there. He said, smugly, “So you just went down to Mexico to get your nails done?” He then asked me, “Where did you go in Mexico? What street?” I was stunned by the invasive questioning and attitude and gruff demeanor of this cop. When I asked him what was the purpose of the questioning (I can see asking me where I went, but down to what street?), he demanded that I pop open my trunk again after it had already been searched by Officers Williams and Kahn for inspection. He then asked me, “Where do you live?” (interestingly enough, without looking at my license, I must add) When I replied, “L.A” He smugly said, “Yeah right. More like Culver City, L.A.” The questions became even more invasive and uncomfortable. He asked me, “What did I do for a living? Where did I go in Mexico? Where was I going?” He then asked me, “Who owns the car?”- referring to my car. I told him it was my car and when I said that I could offer to show him my registration and proof of insurance, he said, “If I wanted to see that, I would of asked you.” That was all the proof I needed to confirm that I was the victim of unwarranted harassment for filing a complaint against border patrol. He was not looking to see if I was a criminal, but to harass me. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he refused to let me on the grounds that he has to agree to it, which let me know he did not want me filing a complaint against him. He refused to give me his badge number. Ultimately, at my insistence, he let me go to talk to a supervisor. While there, I spoke to Supervisors Karen Butler Badge #1132 and Williams (the same one who inspected my vehicle). Officer Butler interestingly asked me to leave my car to talk to her, which I have never had happen before. She said it was to make it seem as if she was not looking down on me while talking to me. She said that the questions asked of the officers was not inappropriate and that targeting is legal and how she gets pulled into secondary inspection all the time.

At 7:30pm, I was coming back from Mexico and waiting in the lines to head towards The United States. While I was in line, I noticed Officer Boulette came up to my car and was inpsecting my tire. He was flanked by a blond, older caucasian male presumably in his 40's. Officer Boulette told me to open up my door, and he shone a very bright light on me. Officer Boulette proceeded to search my car. He asked me the typical queries, such as where did I go in Mexico. what did I do there, what am I bringing back, etc. However, he asked me a query that was totally inappropriate: He asked me if those were my eyes while shinning a big bright light in my face. Just to note, I am a former security guard for the port of New Orleans and I worked alongside Customs and Border Protection and, thus, I am conversant with their questioning and what is appropriate and what isn't. I told officer Boulette that I felt like he was flirting with me. At that, he said nothing. Then he said, "I can do whatever I want." I took that as a sign of a power trip and an attempt to intimidate a lone female. That is when, after 10 to 15 minutes of making the comment, he said to himself, but loud enough for me to hear, that "My pupils were not dilating." To note, I have never done or ever been arrested for doing drugs, and the fact that it took him 15 minutes to conjure up that blatant excuse to cover up what was in reality a bold attempt to violate my civil and human rights proves what I felt. Along with that, he barely inspected my vehicle. Officer Boulette manouvered over to the passenger side and continued to do a half-hearted inspection. Now, if I was a suspected druggie, he would of automatically sicked the K-9 dogs on me and sent me to secondary - without my moving my own vehicle over to secondary. However, Officer Boulette checked out my camcorder and asked, "Was I filming him," while trying to take the implicating evidence off. He then told m that I was being sent to secondary while writing on an orange piece of paper saying that, "I was recording him and that I wasn't answering his queries," which I dutifully was. To note, while he lead me to secondary, I drove my own car which I know they would not allow suspected druggies to do.

When I was brought to secondary, I observed Officer Boulette acting like a kid, telling a couple of officers about me, which was followed by their shaking their heads. Then, for the most disturbing part, Officer Boulette told me, right in front of another Officer, told me that he had been watching my videos on Youtube and said, "That's the lady with the blonde hair." At that point, I felt like I was truly not only being harassed, but stalked as well. It was then that he walked off. Later on, Officer Ortiz walked over to my car. I was wearing a a bikini top and jean short shorts. I observed as Officer Ortiz shone the light on my breast area first, then towards my lap where my crotch would be. He then asked me about my MP4 player. He then took my cellphone (presumably so that I won't document the time it occured) along with my MP4 player and placed it on the hood of my car, right where my windshield wipers are. He then proceeded to read the orange card aloud, saying that, "I was sent to secondary for recording me (Officer Boulette)." Later on, Officer Obesa came along and facilitated my leaving secondary. To note, there was NO inspection done while I was there! None! At 7:13pm. I was in Secondary, unnecessarily, from 7:18pm till 7:30pm. The person you see surrounding my vehicle is Garza, who witnessed the sexual assault that occurred to me on July 4, 2010 while going into Mexico. As can be seen in the initial :34 sec video, he is following my car. Note the lack of noise coming from his K-9 dog in regards to smelling drugs, etc since there were no drugs or weapons inside my car, thus no justification to follow my vehicle like that. They do this every time I come through here. The shaky film footage is due to me trying to make the camcorder as inconspicuous as possible due to the border patrol's threatening prescence.

In the 7 minute tape, I am talking to Gonzalez, who is strangely donning Agent Thomas's shirt right before I got up there. You can hear her asking me to lower my window further down unnecessarily even though I already provided her my passport and proved I was a US Citizen. You can also hear her telling another agent in the background that, "I (agent Gonzalez) know who this is (Me). She is the one who put that business on Youtube," referring to my youtube channel. I am being sent to Secondary by Agent Sandoval.

In the next tape, Agent Chavarry comes up and asks, "What happened to my passport and orange slip" that they usually place on your car while in secondary. That is strange in and of itself.

In the next part of the tape, Agent Suble or Sable (I believe that was the woman who was involved in the sexual assault based on my ID'ing he lips) comes up to my car and demands that I turn off my camcorder and demands that I open up the door. When I have the camcorder off, she bellows, "You fucking bitch," -referring to me - and tries to snatch the camcorder out my hand. I see agents surrounding and being near my car. Later on, I hear the agents saying, "Pull her out of the car," namely Supervisor Freer. I had to cry to get out of the incident.

Freer asked if I had any tape of the officers and I said no and that is when he let me go.

Do NOT Buy Movavi Software

For all software aficionados out there (or those just looking for an easy to use software with no glitches, where you get your full money's worth and that is preferably easy to use), Do NOT buy Movavi software. Not only is it a rip-off, but I swear it has to be run by the Russian Mafia since, once you buy, they don't care about you or customer service; they just want to steal your money for their benefit while giving you a craptastic product in exchange! If you think you will get customer service, Ha ha, FORGETABOUTIT!

They are rip off artists and con artist. The steal your money by throwing in an "insurance fee" bringing up the price to more than $49. Every time you try to use the editing software, it CONSISTENTLY crashes.

These people are a scam. I don't know if the CNET reviewer was brought off or what but this "video editing software" is a sham. First, when I brought it, the promised charge was 39.99. They throw in an extra $6 and it comes up to $50.

Second, the technical aspect of it is just horrible. When you convert anything to HD or to any other file type, it does not work, even if the original was HD. The film will come out grainy, distorted, and scenes WILL be missing. Oh, and please don't use their text function. Not only will it come out distorted with text missing if you are uploading to something like youtube or playing it back on windows (or even Quicktime), IT WILL CAUSE YOUR COMPUTER TO CRASH ON THE SECOND, EVERY SECOND. Oh, and please let me not forget that, when you are exporting the video, it takes FOREVER, approx 3 hours, even if the clip is a second long (I am not joking nor am I making this up. I wish I could). Also, it dramatically kills your computer's speed while doing it. No joke, too!

As for customer service, LOL, forget it! I first called Avangate to address the issue considering that it said to call their number if you have any order or payment issues. I did, and they said to contact Movavi even for payment issues. Now, this is what I call false advertising, getting the run around etc. As you will see, when I asked them - nicely - to fix the problem, they refuse. They tell me to send them "screenshots" of the issue (since when do you need screenshots to fix an issue?) and they say that the insurance was "automatic" then say it was "optional." They were telling me all of this even though I was NOT asking for a refund. If you need proof, just take a look at the email they sent me (Along with the email I sent them):

Do not mess with these little fly-by-night software companies who will take your money and run! There is a reason why Movavi is cheap; thy aren't even worth the low price they are offering! Deal with the big, proven companies like Microsoft, Correl and Adobe where the price may be a little steep, but you will get what it is worth with no glitches, problems and REAL customer service that will truly have your back!

As for Movavi, I will be calling my bank first thing in the morning to dispute the charge!
